I finally used inSITE Shredding about 1.5 years after first talking with Jim, the owner. Jim was super flexible with my schedule, which became harrowingly messed up due to unexpected circumstances. Because of the two-hour window within which we had to work, we we able to get the project done, despite a big obstacle of ROADWORK being done at the site, which prevented Jim's truck from passing! I brought the 10 or 11 boxes to him on a dollie in in my car trunk, and the shredding was done there, just before the road block. NOTE: Be sure and let him know if you want your boxes back or not, otherwise they also get shredded. Jim's prices are reasonable, and I was happy to clear out those boxes! Jim scheduled me on a Thursday morning with a 2-hour window. The morning of my appointment, I received a text telling me he was on the way and would arrive at my location within 15 to 20 minutes. I had 9 banker boxes full of old documents that needed to be shredded. When I called other shred businesses I either had to transport them to the facility on my own, or the company would pick up the boxes and send me a confirmation email later as notification that the documents were shredded.
