The guy behind the register... patient and kind and funny. The cookies have so many options and are so yummy. City street parking.

Expected better! My friends and I were craving something sweet on a Friday night after our dinner and it was already past 12 in the night. Upon checking we found that this place was still open hence we decided to give it a try. The staff is very confused and a bit rude also. She mixed up my friends order and took so long to get merely two scoops of ice cream. I got chocolate ice cream. It was pretty average and nothing special. Cookie was also ok. The place is very small. Overall disappointing!

Tried Insomnia Cookies today for the first time. Ordering is simple and easy and the cookies are pulled right from the oven as you order. We tried the snickerdoodle, chocolate chunk, and classic m & m. All the cookies were tasty that we tried. Will be back

One of my favorite spots to get fresh warm cookies!!! So glad that they open late at night because sometimes when I'm out I want some cookies before going home! The staff is always so nice & helpful when you can't decide on what to get. The snickerdoodle is one of my all time favorites to get here and I ALWAYS have to get it. This time I also tried the cereal n milk & I like it too! I'll be adding it to my list of favorites as well. I love that the cookies are always nice & warm when you order them so you know that it's fresh.

Valentine's delivery from my family. Delicious cookies!!!

Really delicious cookies. Received a package of them on Valentine's day for my family. Didn't think there was any way 2 people could eat this many but... let me just say it was easier than we thought! Fresh, delivered to the door, and staying fresh in a container on our counter! Will keep in mind for future cookie cravings or gifts!

High prices. Low customer service. Be prepared to receive different cookies than what was ordered. Only 2 out of 12 were correct. This was a replacement for the previously noted order they screwed up. At 8p, corporate customer service said they are currently looking for a driver and they would text when my order was on the way. Emailed them again at 925p asking how long til they found a driver. Was told cookies were delivered at 848p. Photo shows where they were sitting for 37 minutes. No call, text, email, building door buzz, to tell me they were on the way or had arrived. So much for "warm"

You can always count on this place to open late for any of your sugar fix. We had ubereats and although our order took some time to come it was still fresh and good. We had a variety pack and got to try all the flavors. The star of the show was the double chocolate mint - we killed it real quick. After a night of chill drinking & you have a sweet craving, this is the spot.

Stopped by insomnia cookies for some goodies. Walked in and it seemed the entire team was in the back chatting it up, 2 girls came right out with their masks on when I went in although I heard a man's voice yell " Hi. Can we help you?" from the back. Strange. I have never been here before so I did take a minute to order. I ended up with 5 cookie-wiches ( a scoop of ice cream smushed between 2 cookies). I also ordered extra cookies for the road. One rang me up while the other made my order. They were professional but didn't really bother to make any kind of small talk with me as it did take a minute to make all my sandwiches and I was the only one in there. Kinda awks. Got to the car and opened up my boxes. Dished out the cookie-wiches to everyone. The cookie was slightly warm. The ice cream was super generic. The extra cookies in the box were also slightly warm. Crispy around the outside of the cookie but still soft in the middle. The cookies were great. No "wow" factor anywhere in this visit to make it 5 stars but I did get what I came for. Good cookies, a late night treat. Ill might visit if I'm in the area again but I would not go out of my way to get here. I do think they are slightly overpriced. $2/cookie for just a regular size, regular flavored cookie. $40 for 2 dozen cookies. Wow. Local bakeries have 2 dozen for $10-$15 at the most.

There are tons of people ordering at the counter as well as a line outside the door. They were really busy and I think they might've needed a few more workers. Orders were piling in from the kiosk as well as the counter. We ended up ordering the Ube taiyaki fish as well as an Ube ice cream soft serve in a cup. Man, I remember last time I came here. I got the Ube Matcha float and my friend got the Matcha milk tea with tapioca and those two desserts didn't seem like too much, however, this time when I came, these desserts are a lot. I kind of wish we'd ordered just one of them, but we live like we're rich #yolo. I think the Ube is the best Ubisoft server ever had in my life as it's not overly sweet, but is incredibly creamy and rich meaning they probably made it with whole milk. The taiyaki was warm when he first had gotten it, but the ice cream has started to melt inside and now it's become slightly gooey mess. This is our exact conversation while eating the taiyaki. " Fish bread, sweet ice cream. I don't know they made it hot. so sweet. Oh no it's exploding-that's why I got in a cup. It's melting I'm getting more ice cream next time. Yeah it's amazing. Oh no I'm so being recorded. I am."

Both came out in pretty quick time even though it was a busy Saturday evening. Loved the cream soufflé! It was something different that I wanted to try and it wasn't too sweet which was amazing. The soufflé was so fluffy and hot and fresh. The cream inside was sooo good! Everything was well balanced together and the float was also great. Only downside is that it's a really small place. So inside felt very cramped and crowded.

I wish I was able to travel with one of their cheesecakes but they require refrigeration. Anyhow the cheesecake itself was delicious super light, fluffy, and honestly felt like biting into a cloud. I had the salted egg but they had several flavor options that I would've loved to try if slices were available. The texture is what really stands out, and the flavor was unique and interesting in a good way. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it taste like, but it was sweet, but not too sweet They only sale but I consider a personal size but it's definitely enough to share with two people, maybe even three depending on how much of a sweet tooth you have. My only downside like others is the price. Paying around $19-$20 for a small cheesecake felt a bit steep, especially since they don't offer slices. I really wish they had smaller portions available so you could try different flavors without committing to a full cake prize. They package it very well and they also serve you a cute little fork set and a knife for cutting which I think is contributes to the price. The shop itself is very cute with chic décor and a lot of Asian-inspired artwork, which adds to the overall vibe. Customer service was friendly. When I visit Chicago again I'd definitely go back the texture and taste alone make it worth it but I do hope they consider offering smaller portions in the future.

One thing I personally did not like was that they require customers to pay first before the food comes out. For a sit-down restaurant, I prefer to eat first and pay after, especially when service is expected. The service was not very proactive during our visit.
