Unfortunately I don't get the hype about this store other than you can get a warm cookie late at night if you're craving something sweet. The classic cookies are slightly bigger than the ones you get at Subway and they are $3 each, The deluxe isn't that much bigger and its $5. The super 6 comes with 5 classic and one deluxe cookie and it's $18, yikes! The cookies are good but nothing compared to our Night Owl cookies back in Orlando. The store is dirty, the trash was full to the brim, and there something wrong with the floor when you walk in, trip hazard. There is nowhere to sit if you want to eat your cookie there; however, there is a small shelf along the wall- Standing room only. There was no ice cream in the freezer because it's broken, and you can't see what the cookies look like before you buy them because there hidden in a warmer under the register. The staff member working the counter was nice enough and thanked us for stopping in. If I lived here locally I can't say I would return. We try and hit them up whenever we are near one - esp after a night out. we love the fact they have so many greta flavors and serve them nice and hot (and you can get milk too). We had little expectations because the online ordering system is a bit old-fashioned. We ordered a 6-pack variety of cookies for delivery. In previous times *almost* ordering from this location, it usually almost always stated 45 minutes so we never did it. But these cookies came in less than 30 minutes, which was such a pleasant surprise. The delivery was fast and they arrived still warm. Our 6-pack variety was exactly the dessert we were looking for. I don't have anything groundbreaking to say other than that the cookies were warm, ooey and gooey in the right way. Cookies are edible, I understand why they're late-night and delivery oriented because they're not anything to get out of bed for. They're served "warm" but not like comfortable, gooey warm, more like tepid, chewy with hard edges warm. Went here after the beer festival and I must say, having a cookie place open late at night is amazing! My friend bought my cookie so I am not sure how much it cost, but I got the peanut butter cup one and it was seriously delicious! It had that warm fresh baked feeling with the outside being oh so slightly crispy and the inside soft melt in your mouth goodness. It's a pretty decent sized cookie so you could theoretically share, but nah. Taking off a star because there is no place to sit and enjoy your cookie even though there is plenty of space for a couple stools.
