I was surprised that the marshmallows blended in so seamlessly. Now, I am curious about other marshmallow and chocolate desserts. The cookie was soft, full of chocolate and, very moist. Ordered 3 cookie sandwiches. Received several wrong cookies and 2 ice cream cups. One of the two ice cream cups was not a flavor we ordered. Called the store and was talked over and was asked to describe what was in the box. The employee hung up saying "I've gotta call you back". When he called back, he again asked about each of the items that was received. Then he stated he was making the order now and sending it back out. Two hours after the order was placed, the replacement was not delivered. The order was finally delivered 2 hours and 15 minutes later and was still not correct. I want a refund! read more

I parked on the street and walked to the purple building. The worker greeted me and I was able to order immediately as I was the only customer in the store. I live in St. Charles Parish, and my daughter and I decided to make the drive to your location to get cookies before the bad weather started. According to your website, your Wednesday hours are listed as 11:00 AM-1:00 AM. We arrived at approximately 12:31 AM only to find an employee standing in the doorway telling us the store was already closed. When I pointed out that your posted hours indicated you should still be open, I was told that the store actually closes at 12:00 AM. If that is true, why hasn't the website been updated? Customers rely on the information you provide online, especially those of us driving a considerable distance. In fact, I visited just two weeks ago around the same time without any issues, which makes the explanation even more confusing. This was a complete waste of my time and gas money. If employees are allowed to close early, management needs to address that issue immediately. If your hours have changed, update your website so customers are not misled. Either way, this level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. Do better. read more

However, if you're lucky enough to live within their delivery parameter, you can just bypass the line and have them bring it to you. Depending on the time of day you head over there, they may be out of the flavor(s) you're looking for. I seem to always hit them when they're out of what I'm looking for, however, you can often find a suitable replacement as you really can't go wrong with most of their foods. Such a fangirl when it comes to Insomnia Cookies. For years in college, I watched in agony as my internet friends indulged in warm, gooey cookies from this place. I saw them getting cookies delivered in the late night hour and sharing such bliss by Instagramming each morsel to torture me. And then, Insomnia came to New Orleans. Bruno's is Loyolo territory, fam. And don't you forget it.) Anywho, I was in cookie heaven from the first time I saw that sign lighting up in all it's pride and glory. Two chocolate chip cookies is what I asked the gentleman for behind the counter who served me, and soon enough I became a Stan of Insomnia. The cookies are served warm on the inside and chewy on the outside. My regular favorite may be the classic chocolate chip, but I go for the s'mores deluxe cookie when I'm feeling real fancy. Yesterday I ordered delivery for the first time, which was super speedy. I winded up ordering the two cookies and a milk combo as well as a deluxe cookie with a scoop of ice cream. I like that they put the ice cream in a separate container so it doesn't melt while transporting. In closing, I'm addicted to the damn cookies and they need a punch card for customers (if that isn't a thing there yet). I also appreciate that they hire nearby students.
