While the quality is good, the cookies aren't very large for the price you're paying, and the packs can feel pretty expensive for what you're getting. They do have a rewards system, but since this location is downtown and parking usually means paying, I don't come here often enough to rack up points. Even redeeming rewards feels like it takes a lot--hundreds of points just for a single cookie--so it's not very motivating. On the plus side, the ambience around the area is nice, and ordering pickup has been reliable. My orders are usually ready by the time I arrive. However, if you order in person, the shop itself is very small and tight, and when there's a line, it can easily spill outside the door. We wanted a mix of classic flavors and deluxe flavors so I assumed if I just get the deluxe 4-pack then I can pick from either, but she wouldn't let me mix and match, which is kinda strange since it would be my loss for picking cheaper classic ones. IDK how this spot is on a normal day, but after Disney on Ice, this location was craaaazy. The inside is tiny AF, and maybe 10 people at most can fit comfortably inside.
