I was driving by the area and stopped here for a late night sweet tooth craving. First time having rolled ice cream, but the texture and presentation is top notch. I ordered the Girls just wanna have Flan, was the custard ice cream with cheesecake bits, caramel, and condensed milk. Super rich and thick bites of ice cream, just about as intense in creamy flavor you could want. I got it with whipped cream and caramel drizzle which complemented it well.

It was our first time visiting Icicles, as we were looking for a dessert spot for the kids to enjoy. Of course, we checked YELP on what is close by, and this popped up! The kids enjoyed watching their rolled ice cream being made, and it came out amazing and delicious. They had numerous options to choose from, and they also had a 'make your own boba' station. Everything was clean, and we had great, friendly service! If we are in the area, we definitely will be back again! If you have a sweet tooth craving, don't hesitate to try their yummy rolled ice cream!

David and Phoenix provided a quality service unlike I've ever seen at an ice cream place. Quick, friendly, and delicious, I even brought some of my friends to check it out and they enjoyed it just as much.

I'd been seeing this place online for a while and finally got the chance to stop in with my guy during one of our outings. So glad we did! We walked into a super clean, open shop and were warmly greeted by the ladies behind the counter. The girl helping us was incredibly friendly (and patient!) while we tried to decide... because there were so many delicious options. Tons of ice cream flavors and an insane amount of toppings. It took me a minute to craft the perfect combo. They also have a DIY boba station, which I was really excited about... but, yeah, I totally botched that one. I made the worst-tasting boba drink ever. I wish they offered samples like some other boba spots, cause I still don't fully know what I like or dislike when it comes to those flavors. Big miss on that part. But the ice cream? Solid win. Super tasty. And overall, the shop had a really fun, welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be back... just maybe skipping the boba next time! read more

Adore this ice cream shop above all else they have the amazing rolled ice cream. What truly makes this place shine is the authentic ice cream it is just cream and your flavor toppings no additives no fluff. Just pure delicious ice cream!!!! They have any topping imaginable you can choose as many as you'd like that gets put on a cold plate cream pour over it and boom hover roll ice cream. You get a show and a natures treat. read more

Came with my young child at 4pm on a Monday when it says they are open 2pm-10pm. Was very disappointed to have the door locked and not actually open. This business needs to update their hours, or even post a sign, if they are not going to be open. Cannot speak for the ice cream as we never got to try it. read more

Since 2019, I've been going to this place and it is one of my most favorite ice cream spots. I always get the strawberry fantasy topped with brownies, oreo, strawberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a marsh mellow. I really recommend you all to try it, the staff here is very friendly as well. My favorite ice cream. read more

Shoutout to Vincent. Dude was an absolute masterclass. He did not shy away from showing us his ice cream making process. Cracking jokes, giving tips, and telling us about himself all while whipping up some fire Thai tea ice cream. Delicious ice cream & equally excellent customer service. The man with the mustache (forgive me I didnt know his name) was very thorough with the explanation of the flavors on our first visit, and was kind enough to point out his favorite which we loved. The other man working was very attentive & offered us some coins for the claw machine. Two friendly employees & tasty ice cream. Healthy treats and amazing technique on creating a frozen treat. First time in the area and decided to try the place out. There was a huge selection of fruits, boba, and natural ingredients like green matcha! Everything is made right there in front of you and it's cool...literally. Came here for some dessert! Before I get started I would like to mention that they ROLL UP THE ICE CREAM. It is not scoops! But it honestly all tastes the same it just is how it appears and presentation wise. So they have the menu in the board. They also have sorbets. You order off a iPad looking device. You pick your flavor. Any toppings and any drizzle. They make it for you pretty quickly and call out your name! I got the fudge brownie one with extra brownie toppings and Carmel drizzle. It was okay. The customer service was quick and great. Very nice 2 gentlemen working there. Inside is super basic. Nothing really esthetically pleasing at all. Probably some remodeling would be nice. But definitely check it out if you are in the area and have a sweet tooth! read more

This location is great and the owner is always very welcoming. I recommend getting the (Ube everywhere) because of the sweet taste.The inside seating area is very clean and they give you tokens to play the new claw machines with your ice cream read more

We used to come here sometimes pre-covid and the wait usually isn't that bad. But this time was pretty horrible. First things first, this place is located in a tiny Plaza but so parking can be a challenge during peak times. We ordered our usual, the "ube everywhere". It was a bit busy, but it was ridiculous because we waited 20 minutes before they started making ours. The people behind us got theirs first before we got ours, which was unfair lol. Ours also had an overabundance of coconut flakes than usual, which we didn't really enjoy. Anyway, when you go in, you order, then you can see the staff making the ice cream in front of you. Once they're finished, they'll take it to the "toppings" area, put your toppings on, and that's where you pick it up. There are a few tables inside if you choose to eat your icicles indoors. The door has a sign saying masks are required, but there were people not wearing masks. Staff did not enforce mask wearing. And yes, this place is overpriced for what you get lol. read more

The ice cream was good, but the vibes were way off. The interior really needs a makeover, or at a minimum have some music playing so you don't have to listen to the toy claw machine playing the same horrible music over and over. There was only one person working, and rolled ice cream by nature takes forever to make, so we had to wait a loooong time to get our food. And then there wasn't any outdoor seating to escape the horrible music so we ate in the Pizza Twist patio next door and luckily no one kicked us out. Probably won't be back. read more

My husband and family and I went to try this place out but when we stepped in, the actual building smelled terrible. Like mildew and a broken freezer. It was so offensive that my family and I walked out. Not a good look for this business. Would've loved to try their ice cream. read more

Ice cream rolls! They are located in the same plaza as Panda Express and The Habit burger. Due to the current order, they do not have any tables or chairs available inside to eat or hangout Only take outs or delivery. They have quite of few selections to choose from. Dairy and non dairy menu. The price is now $9.95 with unlimited toppings. Because it takes some time to roll up the ice cream, it did took them few minutes to get my order but thats no biggie. Sometimes have to wait for good food/desserts! I ordered Time for Reece's with oreo crumbs, strawberry and honey boba which is 0.50 extra. The ice cream rolls were super creamy. Enough peanut butter taste which I like. Service was good. They share parking lot with other restaurants so might get little congested sometimes. $9.95 is a little steep for ice cream but I will come back again when I'm craving some and in the area. read more

Bomb.com So, I took the strawberry fantasy ride and boy unlimited toppings and good ice cream. Yeah I'll definitely come back. I don't know if their AC is broken, but it's very warm and smells TERRIBLE. It smells like rotten food. It's so bad that we did not stay inside and have seen at least one person come in and then walk back out. Also, they only have one person working and it took FOREVER to get the food. (I would have left entirely, but my daughter had her heart set on it, hopefully I'm not dealing with food poisoning later) Would not recommend read more

I would say at least six people came to pick up and drink order size range from two to six drinks for those folks. The space itself is very clean and bright at the same time with the colors on the mural to the right as you enter and also those cute Post-it artboard on the left hand side by the pickup area. So the space is definitely inviting and it was nice to be able to sit down considering that there was space when we arrived. Regarding the service it was pretty straightforward because there was a kiosk that you could order from and then the order went straight to the person in the back making the drinks. When we did pick up our drinks from the counter he greeted us at high and said he hopes that we enjoy our drinks and if we need anything else just let him know. During our time there we got two drinks. The first one wasn't Assam Black milk tea and the other was a taro milk tea, both with boba. I will say one of my favorite things about going to t / boba shops is the quality of the ingredients. I really enjoy when I can taste the tea or the other ingredient that is in there and it's not masked by the brown sugar Bobo or the jellies or whatever you put inside of your drink as a topping. Lazi Cow is definitely one of these places. I gave my drink a shake and as I took my first sip I could immediately taste the quality of the tea within my drink and my friend when he took a sip of his he was like I can really taste the taro and it wasn't clumpy it wasn't chunky it was perfectly smooth and just really blended well within the cup. Considering how high quality it had for the drinks, I would definitely come back here and try the other drinks. The one thing I was not sure about is how the glass jars work beyond the payment for them. Call out is you do have to pay an additional $1 to get a glass jar and you can take that with you. My question is around if you bring the glass jar back do you get a potential discount or do they just recycle it and you get a new jar without being charged. I will have to find that out next time. Because there will be a next time :-)

They were crispy, flavorful, and delicious. For just a drink and an appetizer , I spent around $20, which felt a bit pricey. Thinking about it, that's a price of a meal. Then again, with today's prices, it almost seems expected. Overall, if I'm already in the area, I'd stop by again for a drink, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to visit.

My friend ordered the uji matcha latte macchiato with the mini balls, and he wanted another one to-go! The shop is a tad small and cozy(ish) since the seats and tables are close together. The theme is very colors of a bee; black and yellow. There's a long bench with cushions so it's a good place to sip and chill, and people come here to study it seems. Ive been here a few times mainly on a Saturday and all 3x it's been busy. They have 2 kiosks you can order from, or you can order from a human. Wushiland choose a good area of Sac to post up shop because it's the currently the only boba drink shop (for now) near Hollywood Park/Land Park and very close to Sac City College. They're located in the corner of a strip mall type plaza. And parking isn't too bad. Overall, good drinks for a reasonable price and service is decent. They have a fun logo, too. I would definitely come back here to try more of their drinks!

It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. Overall everything was ok but maybe we'll be back to give it another try.

They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Soooo let's start off with the customer service. Nowadays I feel like great customer service is non existent but ICICLES Proved me wrong. Not only did they greet my family when I came in but even when we left. They were helpful, patient & SMILED. Next, the ice cream was the best I've ever had.
