I had a great experience at this bakery despite some negative reviews I had read beforehand. I visited on a Saturday at 9:30 pm and was immediately helped by two friendly staff members, one older and one younger black woman. I ordered chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookies, while my friend ordered vegan cookies. After paying, we waited for our cookies, and I noticed a different giant cookie that I hadn't seen before. I asked if I could add another cookie to my order and the lady working there smiled and added the price of the cookie to my bill. The cookies were warm and delicious. read more

Then he replied it would only be 20 minutes to get our food. we said no, we don't want old cookies. Then he said 10 minutes. We then left without a refund and without our cookies. I had to call the store three times on Sunday afternoon to facilitate a refund. The manager (who i never spoke to on the phone, only communication was between manager and employee) said we should expect a refund Monday. I was so excited to try this place but not being able to get our order, poor customer service, and lack of an actual apology make it unlikely i will ever try this entire chain of bakeries.
