A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. That kind of accountability says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they've built. As for the actual pest control--they do a great job. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I get pest control companies knocking on my door all the time trying to earn my business, and I never even consider switching. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

Jerry He was extremely thorough, checked every outlet, walls, floor, windows, ran every appliance, got up on the roof, in the attic. Nothing escapes to his expert eagle eye. He was very professional yet personable, he answered all our questions. Explained in detail his findings and in some instances pointed out the issue for a better understanding. I really enjoyed our time together, as a first-time buyer, as Roger walked me through the whole process of the inspection, and he was so precise and detailed especially when it came to the little things that could be improved with a simple paint job or a simple tightening of a screw, etc. Roger is honest, and most of all Roger cares about his job and most of all for the home buyer. A little fun fact, about Roger, is that he likes to read books, and loves quotes from famous people. I admire someone who likes to read books, as it makes a person use critical thinking within their own lives and in the outside area of business. A critical thinker is someone you WANT to have as an inspector and not just one, who does the job and leaves, and then sends you the bill when inspecting a home. I've used another inspector and that is how I felt with the last inspection company and I regretted it. $400.00 dollars down the drain with that other guy. As a first-time home buyer, the entire process is nerve-wracking, but we are so lucky to have Roger on our side to give us peace of mind. He was able to find every issue with the house and gave us constructive feedback. He stayed back to patiently answer all our questions in detail. Furthermore, there were some issues with the permits and Roger actually went down to City Hall in person the next day without any extra charge to us to get more information about the permits so he can write an accurate report!
