The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. No need for back and forth messaging asking for prices or your number for them to call. I checked their reviews and that's it, I decided I want their services. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot. The warranty company wouldn't cover it since the issue existed before I moved in. On top of that, I had to replace both toilets right away. Somehow they missed that too. Of course, when I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and took zero accountability for their mistakes. All in all, I would definitely not recommend them, especially if they're being suggested by your real estate agent.

He talks a lot about how mold is everywhere and grid to minimize because I think he's used to all the crazy worries we all have - so understand that's where he's coming from when he almost excessively tried to calm your fears. Setting up the appointment for a free inspection was easy and Ray showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection. Ray was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the problem areas that he found from his inspection. Ray provided us with a quote and explained their process using microwave and/or chemical treatments for each area. He was extremely polite and there was no pressure to sign up for the treatment We were impressed with Hi Tech's approach and competitive quote and made an appointment to have the local treatment. No tent, no bagging anything, no moving to a hotel for a few days! Frank arrived on time on the day the house was treated. Frank was friendly and professional and respectful of our home. He wore outer shoe coverings to protect the floor. Frank went up in our attic and spayed a solution to prevent termites and then followed up with the microwave treatment in part of the house, patio area and the garage . Small holes made to inject chemical treatment were filled in. After Frank was done, he provided us with the invoice and explained that we have a three year warranty against termites! This is better than provided by most tenting fumigation companies. Hi Tech also offered us an option to renew our warranty yearly for a little over $300. I recommend using Hi Tech for your local termite treatment .

My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. This was less than an hour of work and $2700 for 45 minutes of work is excessive. I mentioned it to them and they said they'd be happy to come out for free if anything goes wrong. How generous. I feel very taken advantage of and will be more careful in the future. .
