I've noticed, Chan, the owner isn't there as much. The music is loud club style, not relaxing, which is whatever. But my main gripe is that the VIP room isn't being treated as such. I pay $100+ for my pedicures every month because I love how empty and relaxing the VIP room is. It's supposed to be and usually is near empty, quiet, relaxing. But recently it's been packed with people chatting away on their phone, with each other, people not paying for VIP service. Today the technician (I won't name names), was chatting away gossiping about a friend to another employee while doing my pedicure! I understand that if they don't have room, they will use the VIP room for regular pedicures, but that's totally unfair to people paying for a VIP service and not receiving it. If I'm going to experience this moving forward, I might as well look for other places. The same experience for half the price. I really really hope that changes are made so I can keep going back here.
