He was relocated the line, ensuring the range was perfectly aligned and flush with the back wall. He also leveled the range and provided us some instructions on using it and maintaining it. I was having a lot of work done in my kitchen which left me without a kitchen sink and stove top for about a month - not fun. The next time Installation Pros had available for me was a few days away. At the request of my contractor, Cody came on a SUNDAY morning to hook up my sink, garbage disposal and water filter system! He also hooked up my stove top to gas and replaced my hood. Installation Pros was very communicative from start to finish. We received text messages when the job was scheduled, a reminder the morning of the work and notification that the job was finished. Cody called the night before installation to confirm the appointment. Cody and PJ were very professional on site. They wore shirts with company logos, communicated often and clearly and did great work efficiently. They installed a full kitchen suite of refrigerator, dishwasher, range and over the range microwave. They also installed a new faucet along with all of the plumbing. They installed the plumbing and electrical for all of the appliances. Pretty impressive that there were no extra trips to hardware store which means that they come very well prepared. They cleaned up well, answered our questions and asked if we had any more questions. Very happy with Installation Pros services, definitely would use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Unfortunately, there was an extra charge for the replacement of the drain pipe to make the new faucet work. We agreed to have it done because it was needed. I would recommend this company to others. Overall Installation Pros were great, I dealt with Cody, he was responsive, on-time, polite and most of all seemed to know what he was doing. My countertops needed to be cut on 3 sides in order for my new range to fit. My only complaint is for the cost, seemed a little high as they charged for each cut. But my case was unusual, most people would not need to have their countertop cut, so I won't hold that against them for any future installations I may need. I highly recommend them. read more
