I was charged for the smog test and the I asked about the registration, thinking it may be a separate transaction. He responded "that's why I asked if you needed anything else!!" In a rude and condescending manner. I apologized for the misunderstanding, he grabbed my debit card and stormed out of the office, slamming the door against the wall. I stopped by this location after…read moregetting service at a California Jiffy Lube last week, because I noticed that part of the underside of my car was cracked and hanging down, almost hitting the road. I had driven up the hill like that without realizing it, and was concerned that driving home in that state might be dangerous or cause serious damage to my car. Nevan very kindly inspected the underside of my car and assured me that it was the skid plate that very had cracked and likely lost a few screws. He said I should be perfectly safe driving it back to the Jiffy Lube in California. I was worried that I might have dropped some fluids on the freeway and never noticed, so he checked the coolant and oil levels to make sure I was safe driving home. I'm so grateful to Nevan for setting my mind at ease. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back here for an oil change when I need one next.
