Very difficult to find honest company, but i think i did found one. There is story . I got like 5 estimates and all of them was different in price and warranty . Most who i like it was Attic Professional Team. The crew was nice . They Call me in advance and told me them time of arriving. El and his crew did excellent job . Covered all places where they need to use big hoses to remove my old insulation. Im so happy that team so clean did the job that my wife don't need to clean after. After Attic Professional Team remove old insulation they sanitized , did air leak with rodents proofing ( I personally check it ) also I decided to install attic fans to reduce my energy bills for summer . And final step was install new insulation. I decided to go with green fiber which one is good for rodents that they don't like that kinda insulation ( also i check it). Attic Professional Team show me pictures before and after . Even they have less reviews then other, but still i think they are Honest and Best in Bay area. I found the Atticprofessional online and called them to inspect my attic as well as crawlspace. The technician Saul was very professionally prompt and informative, he recommend that i would replace my insulation since i have a lot of mice dropping. Beside this i had a long history of racoon coming in and out my attic. . I decided to do my research. To my surprise i found out that all other companies were very happy to install new insulation but nobody recommend me to get rid of my old dirty insulation which is in my opinion just ridiculous. I hired  Attic Professional.to clean, sanitize and rodent proof my disgustedly dirty attic and install insulation. I had rodent activity off and on for quite awhile. I am very happy with all aspects the work.  Umar came and did the estimate and thoroughly explained the process. El and his crew came on time to perform the work. El combed over the attic, roof and around the perimeter of my house to be sure to find all potential entryways and explained what he found to me along with photos. We had a rat issue in the attic. After a thorough inspection, Umar provided us an honest estimate at a reasonable price. On the day of cleaning/sanitation/installation, they spent an entire day and did a great job. Most importantly, they kept the whole house, including the master bedroom closet where the attic access is, completely clean. They went around the house and sealed all the openings that might have given rat access to the attic. They also provided an excellent post-installation service by revisiting us to check on the attic for any signs of the rats. We had problems with rodents. On our roof I often heard rustling. There were holes everywhere And in our pantry closet with has a roof exit, I found trace from them ( This is a very unpleasant feeling knowing that there are rodents in our house. Great job by El and Umar and team on our 1920's era house. Arrived on time for estimate, and immediately pointed out safety concerns with old knob and tube wiring in attic - got that taken care of and they were back to seal, clean, and rodent proof the space. They also added a gable fan and when it didn't work quite right (manufacturer's defect) they replaced the unit immediately. Their crew thoroughly protected the rooms they needed to work in and did the job in one day as promised. All communication was prompt and clear and professional. Very difficult to find honest people to hire. Attic cleaning can be a daunting task, but with a little planning and preparation, it can be made easier.
