They performed the cleaning service in less than 2 hours and showed us photos of the inside of our air ducts and dryer vent, which weren't horribly bad. We've lived in our home for about 5yrs and haven't had it cleaned since the build. The cost was about $400 for both cleaning services. FyI... dryer vent cleaning is an additional service to the air duct cleaning. Would recommend their company for anyone who is looking for air duct clenaing service.

The last company I met with with Reliable Technical Solutions Comfort Cooling and Heating. I met the owner, Issam, and he seemed honest and straightforward. His price to replace both my AC and furnace was better than the others. But, the real story begins with the quality of his service. One of their ex-employees (who no longer works for the company) made a mistake on our gas company rebate form that resulted in us getting a rebate much smaller than we were expecting (think Taco Bell dog small). Insulation Specialists personally cut us a check for the difference between what we were supposed to receive and what we did receive out of their own account to make sure we received our entire rebate. It's good to know there still are honest companies out there!

I had to have them redo several sections. they didnt install the baseboard behind the vanity. They left my main power outlet for the primary tv broken. All door and bedroom hardware was painted over. My front door cracks due to paint sticking every time i open it. I had them remove a tub and install a walk in shower. I had them come back and redo the leveling 3x and it still wont drain correctly. I have a puddle in my shower every time the shower is run. They also installed the shower doors up against the new tile wall and guess what??? The top was up against the wall and because houses settle/move the $1k shower door is now chipping. Never again.

They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

The dryer duct alone had some massive lint buildup from years of accumulation. Watching what he pulled out of there made me realize how overdue the cleaning was. What really stood out was that he didn't just clean and leave. He tested everything afterward, checked connections, tightened a few things that were loose, and made sure the airflow was right before wrapping up. That extra attention to detail is rare. Gilbert and his teammate arrived right on time and kept us updated from when they were en route to when they arrived. They were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process--wearing shoe covers, being mindful of our neighbors while setting up their equipment, and walking us through each step so we always knew what to expect. By the end, every duct in our home--including the dryer vent--was thoroughly cleaned. And the results? Immediate and noticeable. It's been just over a week, and my indoor allergies are completely gone. Before the cleaning, I was waking up multiple times a night going through boxes of tissues. Insulation Kings did a fantastic job and I 100% recommend them. I required blown in insulation to be installed in the side walls of my garage for a climate controlled gym and workshop build. They responded to my initial quote request quickly and set up an evaluation appointment around my schedule. When it came to pricing they did exactly as they said in their ad and matched a competing offer. I even asked them to evaluate another wall in my house for possible insulation needs which they did at no extra price; I didn't feel nickel and dimed by any means. When it came to scheduling the install I had some work conflicts and they were willing to work around my availability to get the job done ASAP. They guys who came in to do the work were personable and professional. They were in and out in about 2 hours exactly as they said. They did a good job with clean up and saved most of the dry wall punch outs to make my patch work easier. So far having insulation in my walls has made a huge difference to the temperature of my garage. Our house was built in 1997 and had less than 2 inches of insulation in some areas. It just wasn't up to par with what is needed today. I called Phil because he did our condo by the airport for a great price, and it was quick. In that case, the response was fast, and the property manager liked that they were prompt and professional. So, for our house, I called Phil again, and he showed up within a couple of days, inspected the attic in person, and then gave us an estimate the next day. When we said yes and scheduled, he sent Terrance that Saturday, who came right at the start of the time window, and they were finished in under two hours. It was really fast. But I went up there and looked, and everything was filled with pretty new fluffy insulation. I noticed a difference right away because it had been getting down to about 45 at night now in mid-November, and the heater had been kicking on a lot. But after the insulation, it was coming on much less. I expect the same result in the summer with the AC. read more

I needed insulation for my 1980 home. I did call many insulation vendors who visited the home for 5 minutes and gave me estimate without explaining anything. But when I talked to Mr. Phil Washington at Insulation King, he was different and very professional and did spend almost 30 minutes to inspect the home thoroughly and made video of entire attic and shared with me and explained me what he will do, how he will do, how long will it take, and matter of fact, when I shared with him my lowest bid, they agreed to beat that quote and did a good job.
