We recently had a week where outside temperatures were in the high 90s, and the hottest our garage got was 73 degrees. That is especially impressive considering our garage does not have A/C. I am very interested to see how it performs in the peak of summer with the Las Vegas heat, but so far we are very happy and hopeful it will keep the space much more bearable and out of the 90s. Unfortunately, the preparation and critical scope items I paid for were either completely neglected or mishandled. Soffit Baffles & Attic Ventilation: I paid for eight soffit baffles to ensure proper intake airflow. The crew initially installed only three, claiming they left the remaining soffits blocked because they assumed that was intended. The entire purpose of a soffit baffle is to preserve airflow and prevent superheated attic air from stagnating. When I brought this up, a crew came back out to install the rest and pull back the old batt insulation. However, the installer called to tell me some baffles couldn't be installed due to low roof clearance at the eaves. While I understand structural limitations, management refused to issue a partial refund for the uninstalled baffles, and even after the return trip, the scope I paid for was never fully delivered. Bathroom Exhaust Fans & Property Contamination: My home has un-ducted bathroom exhaust fans that blow directly into the attic space. During the initial estimate, I was explicitly assured that the crew would build containment barriers/dams around both fans to prevent loose insulation from burying the housings. Instead, the crew blew loose-fill insulation directly over both open fan housings with zero barrier in place. As a result, both exhaust fans are now completely unusable; turning them on pulls fiberglass into the motors and blows hazardous particles straight down into our bathrooms. While the blown insulation depth is there, the failure to execute basic airflow management and the promised fan protections caused major headaches. Rather than dealing with further disruptions from this company, I now have to spend my own time and money cleaning and repairing what they left behind.

Experiencing a major electrical failure on Memorial Day was an absolute Nevada homeowner nightmare…read more Our main power box failed unexpectedly, and like most people would expect on a holiday, I couldn't get a single electrician to answer the phone. Understandable, but still incredibly stressful when you're suddenly without power. Ampere Electric was the exception. Not only did they answer the phone, they had someone at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived it was late in the evening and there wasn't much that could safely be done until NV Energy could disconnect service the next morning. What impressed me was that they didn't make promises they couldn't keep. Instead, they told me exactly what would happen: they would coordinate with NV Energy first thing in the morning, get the power disconnected, and begin work immediately. That's exactly what happened. Patricio and Carlos arrived early and worked hard all day. They replaced the equipment, completed the installation, and had everything finished by around 3 PM. At that point, the only thing left was waiting for NV Energy to return so final restoration could take place. Unfortunately, NV Energy was completely inundated and running far behind schedule. This is where Ampere really separated themselves from every other contractor I've worked with. Patricio and Carlos could have easily packed up, told us we'd have to wait until the next day, and moved on to their next job. Instead, they stayed. They waited outside my house for hours. They repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience even though the delay wasn't their fault in any way. They had done their job and done it well, yet they refused to leave until the entire situation was resolved. NV Energy didn't arrive until nearly 8 PM. Patricio and Carlos were still there. The moment NV Energy completed their portion, they immediately restored everything, verified that power was working properly, and stayed until we were fully situated and every aspect of the job was complete. That level of customer service is rare. They didn't leave us stranded. They didn't pass the problem to someone else. They didn't do the minimum. They saw the job all the way through from start to finish, even when it meant spending their entire day and evening making sure their customers were taken care of. I am incredibly impressed with Ampere Electric, and especially with Patricio and Carlos. If you want a company that does what they say they're going to do, communicates honestly, and treats your problem like it's their problem, this is the team to call. Five stars, without hesitation. I can't thank Patricio and Carlos enough. Seriously.

We called and got a couple of quotes and they were outrageous. I called Manual and he drove out to centennial hills and gave us a free quote. I scheduled a date for him to come and paint that day. The day of the painting he came with a coworker and completed the job in a few hours. They were super nice and professional. We didn't want our baseboards or ceiling painted so they made sure to tape everything off. The paint job looks great! And the lines are really nice and clean. They also put back on the light sockets after cleaned up everything ! Before they left I inquired about them putting a fence up in our backyard to block off a area so that our dogs would be blocked off and our child could play. He gave us a quote and we booked that for April! If you are looking for quality work without being over charged these guys are great!! I highly recommend them
