They have supplies that will be of great use to anyone who needs it regardless of how their medical issue affects them. When I went to the store, I could tell that the two employees working were from South America based on their accent & way of speaking. I was pleased to find out that it was her daughter & mother wotking there & that they're both from Venezuela! So, if you are someone who makes the effort to support businesses who employ people from South Ameri a, then here's another business to add to your list

Customer service is horrible the employee Lucy tried to sell me a Wheelchair that was not the right…read moresize after telling me that all Wheelchairs were not returnable. She originally told me that they didn't have my size chair I needed that it would have to be ordered. That was Thursday and all of a sudden she called me on Monday and said they did have a smaller chair in stock Why would I take something that wasn't the right size. When I told her that she started yelling at me and told me to go to a different store. This is a buyer beware store the owner and employee Lucy trying to make a quick sale and she tried to give me the run around and she talks out of both sides of her mouth.

Brought the van in for ramp and electrical repairs. They don't have qualified techs to do the job…read more We brought the car in 4 times in six months for the same service. They even made us leave the vehicle and rent a van at our expense. They do not have qualified staff to do electrical repairs. Their last attempt damaged our ramp and they gave it back to us like that. Unfortunately, there is really no alternative repair shop for specialty equipment like. As of this review, I have to go back to them again for the same thing.

Being disabled has a lot of daily challenges and stresses. Having Mobility Works service team check my van twice a year during regular maintenance visits gives me peace of mind that any issues or potential issues my vehicle may have will be addressed, repaired and upon leaving the premise, my vehicle is safe to drive. When that car came to the end of its life recently, we needed to get a new car and install hand controls quickly so my son could get to and from work independently again. Jerry answered the call and stepped up. He gave instructions to the mechanic as to how to remove the hand controls from the old car, and even offered to make a house call if needed. We then delivered the car and hand controls, and Jerry got them installed same day. Good guy. Good heart. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Pride Jazzy 27X powered wheelchair in February, 2026 from Geoff at Midwest for $3100…read morecash including tax. The sales receipt notes a $100 discount "for nondelivery" (we took it with us) and a $567 "cash discount." It was a demo but essentially like new due to its being a recently released model from the Pride Corp. Also included in the selling price was a removable cupholder and "complimentary in-store labor" for one year. Several strong positives were experienced while shopping. Geoff has a very nicely configured and stocked store. There is plenty of room for customers to test-drive the various powered chairs. Geoff did not at any point pressure us to buy a chair. He knew his merchandise extremely well and pointed out pros and cons of each of the various chairs we considered. Several helpful suggestions were given regarding the chair we purchased. Finally, Geoff is quite likeable and has excellent people and selling skills. My only issue with Midwest Mobility was pricing. The chair's tagged price was $3699, a full $600 above what the same chair is selling for on Amazon, at other local dealers, and at many on-line dealers. I compared Geoff's price on another chair with those of a couple of other dealers and again found Midwest to be the highest price. I was able to buy for below Geoff's asking price partly because I paid cash but mostly because I knew in advance what the chair was selling for elsewhere. My advice to potential customers is to look but don't buy before you check prices at other dealers and Amazon, which may be lower than Midwest's. Then, if need be, you will be in a much better position to negotiate the purchase price of your mobility device from Midwest.
