They were extremely friendly and welcoming, he listened to my story and without hesatation said no prolem, we can take care of that for no charge. Applied the discount code and the rebate was deducted from the total at check out. Paid with credit card and it charged me the amount as if neither discounts were applied so I called. The rebate is not instant and comes as a gift card. Deceitful when they deduct and then don't deduct this amount from the total. . The other promotion they applied after the fact, no problem. Get the tires on and ready for checkout and two guys spent literally 20 min trying to credit my charge card for the discount that wasn't originally applied. Finally Pull my car up and as I approached I see this big plastic brace or clamp sitting in the passenger seat. Not exactly sure what it was but it belonged to them! This place is sloppy! 4 days later I see that my tire is flat so bring it in so they can check it out. I watched them bring my car up and down three times and using a hammer pounding on my lug nuts....nuts on all my tires not just the flat one? They tell me a tube like object was in my tire? I'm not sure how they would know this since they hadn't even taken the tire off yet, but perhaps he meant to say that a tube like object punctured my tire? Ok very bad luck for a 4 day old tire but I can't blame them for that. Then they tell me my lug lock key broke! They likely over torqued it when they put on the tires originally and broke the lock when they tried to take off the flat. I told them they over torqued the nuts and the guy actually told me they hand tightened them!? Yeah by a gorilla! For safety reasons lug nuts are supposed to be torqued on but I'd imagine they were too lazy to use a torque wrench? So they pounded all my lug nut locks off without my consent and replaced them with regular lugs because they know they over torqued all my locks? I would avoid this place, it's very sloppy. To further illustrate this, as I pulled away I checked my tire pressure and not a single tire was the same (photo) the 34 was the one that got patched so I really hope it's just because they don't know how to put air in a tire?

Avoid this place like the plague! I bought 1300 dollars of new tires from them and had them…read morebalance and install on them with a staggered setup on my Mint OEM rims on my 2016 Mustang GT. They used a ridiculous amount of rim sealant that it oozed out onto my rims and sprayed up on my car. if this wasn't bad enough, I got a flat tire and discovered that they torqued the living shit of the lug nuts (despite me asking them to torque to the required ft pound OEM specs. while trying to change the flat, I couldn't break the lug nuts free with a Milwaukee impact wrench that is rated for 600 ft pounds of torque. Even a 4 foot breaker bar wouldn't get the lug nuts loose. I had to get a tow to another tire shop which had to use a an air compressor-based impact wrench to get off bolts. They first tried their largest battery impact wrench which they use for all tire removal and that wouldn't budge the lug nuts. The other tire shop said they had never seen lug nuts at this high torque levels. 5 nuts were ruined removing the tire and the new shop fix the flat and replace all lug nuts on the car and torque to proper torque specs. This place may have a heart but they have no brains to torque nuts this tight, despite asking them to follow factory specifications. Never Again!!!!

I asked to be transferred to services, I told the guy in the service department 5 times that I'd like my speed limiter removed. He's so uninformed and unintelligent that he kept asking me if I wanted my speedometer removed. It's amazing this guy even knows how to breathe. I clarified once again that I need the speed limiter removed. He said him along with his manager said they can't do it. That makes zero sense considering that the dealer is the one who ADDS it through the ECU and all they have to do is plug in their computer component to remove it the same way they added it. Holy wow these people are dumb. Guys, stay far away from this place. If you bring your vehicle here for anything I wouldn't be surprised if this absolute monkey just starts ripping out random pieces of your dashboard because he's probably in his 40s or 50s and makes a sub par wage working behind the counter of a dealership hahaha.
