Six years after my first post I have had another fantastic experience with Dave and his incredible crew, I am a person with diabetes and the heat seriously impacts my health. My AC stopped working yesterday and I called to see if I could possibly get some assistance (fully expecting to wait days or even weeks with this hot weather). Class act, awesome service. You always worry about getting honest work done, especially when you don't know much about the service you need. From talking to Daves wife when I first called, she was super nice, informative and very helpful. My AC unit wasn't giving off heat, so I called, Dave was able to come the next day while my wife was home. She said he was quick and already finished when I asked if he was there yet. I asked if he would wait about 10-15 so I could ask questions, he did, Dave actually stayed another 30 as we talked about different things, very nice and the price, couldn't be happier. I want to give a big thank you to Dave. I did not personally meet him but feel the need to not only thank him on his facebook page, but also take a trip to yelp and leave a positive review. Our ceiling was leaking and my husband discovered it was the AC. He called a well known company (you see their vans everywhere). They came out and said they needed to replace the evaporator coil and overflow pan. There was a pit in my stomach when my husband told me it would be costing us $2,117.00. That's a romantic getaway with my husband I could have had. That's a Legoland trip we could take our kids on. These things haven't happened because we don't have that kind of money to do so. My husband then called INTEGRITY (can't have a better name than that). As I write this, I'm getting pretty emotional because my husband sent me a message saying, "The leak is fixed, it cost us less than $100". INTEGRITY. Dave fixed our AC leak. He fixed it for less than $100. I can't thank you enough for removing that financial burden. It's so upsetting to know that there are companies out there that can put people out like that.
