If I could give this place a negative score you bet I would. Do not buy a car from these crooks! My whole experience from start to finish was a NightMare! The managers are pushy, rude and liars who will do anything to con! I purchased a car from this late April 2020. The dealership was extremely pushy and kept trying To put me in a car I couldn't afford. However they switched sales men on me and In speaking with Enrique he was made aware I was in urgent need of a car due to my 2007 rav4 having car issues and being locked into that payment. Enrique insured if I found a car that day he would do a trade in and send a tow for my Rav4 so I can move forward in my new car. I sent a confirmation text to Enrique ensuring my car would be paid off and picked up soon to which he replied YES! On the evening I made the purchase I was told by Enrique my sales associate to expect the RAV4 to be picked up within two weeks. Two weeks passed and I had not heard anything. I called and spoke to store manager who told me was just on the phone with WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES paying the old car off! I was confident he was telling the truth because he named my financer... he lulled me Into a false sense of security! In addition I was told by Enrique they were supposed to do a thorough cleaning of my car, buff out scratches to the left rear door and do an oil change and key fob battery exchange. A week after I purchased the car I came in by appointment and waited TWO hours to be told they could not do the changes that day and then proceeded rescheduled me. It took the office TWO HOURS to tell me they did NOTHING! The date I took my car back I was told they would call me when my car was ready, so I left. I was never called back, so I called several times.... left on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on! I became worried as it was near closing time and Friday of a holiday weekend. So I showed up to the dealership to retrieve my car nearly 1 hour before the shop was due to close only to see management closing up early with NO IDEA about my car!!! They barely apologized and said I can pick up my car on MONDAY! Integrity auto kept my car 3 days and ON MOTHERS DAY robbing me of transportation to family events only to find out Monday evening the car was "detailed" sloppily and no effort was made to buff the scratches out which my sales associated POINTED OUT TO ME AND SAID HE WOULD MAKE IT HIS PERSONAL DUTY TO GET THOSE SURFACE SCRATCHES OUT TOO" After I finally was able to get my car back I had hoped to be done with this dealership only to find out my RAV4 has not been payed off or removed from its location!!! I am beyond disgusted with the LACK OF INTEGRITY of integrity auto! Management refused to talk to me or work out the issue stating I never signed a deal for a trade in! The took complete advantage of me leading me to believe they were good honest people only to leave me a single mom with two car payments! This is a dealer that sells 'special' cars at 'special' prices. Just so you know. Overall, it was a good experience for me. Manager and staff were nice. Although I have to deduct one star for a staff suggesting to do a 'free' PPI with 'their' mechanics. Maybe some people will fall for that to save a few bucks. I smiled and declined. Truly horrible overall experience at the location in Sacramento on Florin! My strongest suggestion is find a car somewhere else! My wife found a car via online search at this dealership. We went in together to look at the vehicle. Amed, who was the sales rep let us text drive the vehicle as the usual with the initial experience of any car dealership. Once we got back we negotiated. We said we were going think about it, they were pushy for the sale (typical like anywhere). Everything was seemed normal until the paperwork started. As soon as the contracts were printed, Amed begins to multitask between us, another customer who was looking into a car, and apparently someone who he had already helped. Every question we had Amed could not answer himself. He knew nothing about the vehicle and he had to ask Reggie on several occasions about our contract. Reggie never sat down with us to explain it, he just yelled across the main floor from his desk. Now this is were the experience took a turn for the worst. Reggie who is the floor manager, made several verbal promises that he did not deliver on or gave us the run around unnecessarily. First, we had been assured that the car had been recently maintained which required a specific filter to be replaced ($350+ part/labor). Instead of replacing the filter, their service department just reset the "maintenance required" light and told us that everything had recently been looked at, maintained, and cleared. I guess they didn't expect us to take it to Toyota to pay for a vehicle inspection. Second, their ad that they posted for public view online said that the car had GPS navigation installed and ready to use. When we drove off the lot, the SD Card with navigation was missing ($182 pricetag) and navigation was not working. After being instructed by a Toyota service technician that the dealership is responsible for the missing piece we informed Reggie at Integrity Autosales. He was reluctant to provide us one until my wife pulled their ad and explained what they were telling potential customers. At that point he put in a order for the SD card, it took about 2-3 weeks to receive it. Third, Reggie promised both my wife and I without us bringing to his attention the matter of a second key FOB($500+) for the car. Now this is the main reason for me writing a review. Reggie promised my wife that they will send out the second key once the contracts are signed and approved. We have not recieved the key to this day. To make matters worse, when I questioned them about the key they said that it was shipped via mail with the SD card (which we received with no key FOB in it). The package that came was not tampered with and was in a paper thin UPS next day air envelope. So I then follow up with them, I am put in touch with a Victoria since she is the person that was responsible for mailing out the key. She immediately gives me attitude when I ask questions regarding the tracking number, when it was sent, how much the package weighed, etc. She insists on calling me back to get answers... never does. I call back 40 minutes and she has left the building. After I decide to visit the location in person and get more direct information. Reggie greets me improperly and answers any questions I have with short one word answers. When there is no progress with our conversation, he stares at me asking me "What are you going to do about it?" I become frustrated and spout off like a crazy person. All I hope is that this review is read by at least one person we don't share similar stories. Too much time and effort was put into this. Please stop supporting the location! This dealership in Sacramento is by far the worst car buying and customer service experience my wife and I have ever been put through. She put down 2800 they forced her to give them a good review at the time getting the car for 2 in a half weeks to go by for them to tell her and lie and said she had to sign a paper but really has to give the car back because she can't get approved working part time. Knowing she has 3 kids , and she had it this long so why can't u give her two weeks to get full time. Then need to give her the deposit back. I wish I could give them a lower rating but one star it is. I came into Integrity Auto Sales to find a Honda or Toyota within my budget and was greeted by Mauricio. I explained what I was looking for and felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I kept getting suggestions for cars that were clearly outside of what I was looking for. I also felt like there was a lack of professionalism because they didn't think I wanted to buy a car that day, so it felt like they wanted to get it over with and kept saying they don't wanna "waste my time". After I looked at the car I was interested in, I tried to negotiate with Mauricio and he immediately shut it down, saying they don't do negotiations because they already sell cars under retail price. So my friend and I looked up that car on Kelly Blue Book and found it valued at (if it was in perfect condition) around 4 thousand less than it was being sold for at this dealership so we brought that information to Mauricio and he shut it down entirely. He said they'd still barely be making money if we talked them down at all so I kept asking if they really wouldn't or if they were willing to compromise even a little, and after a lot of back and forth, he said he'd speak to his boss. After speaking to his boss, he said he can offer me 1k off of the cars price, I would've negotiated further but I knew they wouldn't go any lower so I wanted to see what my loan terms would be. After waiting for them to do a credit check, they show me my loan terms and the APR was a bit above 8% and the loan term was 84 months. That's a really high interest rate and a very long loan, but they told me that that APR was "a dream" and that regardless, this is the best that the bank could offer me as it was my first time financing a car. I felt apprehensive but convinced that this was the best deal I could get (idiotic I know) especially because I really had to have a reliable car for work and needed it quickly. They counted up my total and it was raised 5k simply from the warranties, taxes, GAP insurance, and other things. I said I didn't want the warranty and they said okay and emailed me the contract. I signed half of the contract then was asked to stop and sign a different one. Then after I signed that one, someone from the desk said they didn't know I didn't want the warranty and if I wanted to change my mind, I said I was sure I didn't want it and they said they'd have to resend me a different contract then, so they did and I filled it out. I left the lot feeling happy but aware that I could've made a mistake. After a week, I get a call on a Monday from a receptionist at the dealership asking me to come in that day or on Wednesday. I explained I lived 2 hours away(which they knew) and had work(which they knew) and I asked if I could know what it was for, she said it was to re-sign the contracts and I was genuinely confused. Then I received a piece of mail saying that I need to return the car asap and that it was within their rights to get the car back at any point within 10 days of purchase. Though that is true, I received the letter after the 10 day period. After bringing this up to a dealer over the phone, they said they sent the notice on the 10th day so it is still within their rights. That felt debatable but I ended up taking time off of work to bring the car into the dealership, where they said I wasn't approved for the previous loan (even though they acted like I was) and that the best offer they can give me is 24.9% for 72 months, this was a ridiculous offer and a huge jump from the previous offer. I understand it was my first time taking out a loan so there were limitations but I didn't appreciate how they went about any of it. read more

I found one of their vehicles from Carfax on Friday and went there to buy it Saturday. The salesman I dealt with was Lane. He's a nice kid and I recommend him if you go in. He doesn't have the typical sleeze ball personality or attitude most car salesmen have. THAT being said, before you go into ANY car dealership, do your homework. Know what the car is worth. Know what to pay for and what NOT to pay for. I got a pre-approved loan through my credit union so that meant for a much easier process and a much lower APR than any dealership or their partners can do. You want to control the buying process. If you let the dealership control it you might have a bad day and leave unhappy. Bottom line, do your homework on how to buy a car and it should work out better. P.s. I've already written my review on my personal experience with them but now it's my husband... So my husband has been looking around trying to find a BMW to trade in our current car for. My husband is a big car enthusiast and is the type to spot a nice car from a mile away. He has found a BMW that he liked at Intergrity. I had already voiced my opinions about them, but As I'm sure most of you know, men are stubborn. We show up this morning had an appointment with Mario. He was busy and with a customer and said he'd be right with us. Not a problem. We walked around the lot and the sales manager decided to help us locate the car. We find the car and another one that was the "performance" version that my husband originally wanted. So I go to sit inside with our son while my husband test drives. My husband comes back looks me in the face and says "They played me." The cars he test drove weren't even the cars that were listed. They listed this BMW as an M3, which as some may not know, is the performance model of the BMWs and costs more. They had it listed almost 10-15k over what it should've been listed at. And they knew it. So not only did they purposely try to list a car for more and try to tell my husband he was wrong. They made us sit for hours! And when I tell you, there was literally one other customer in the dealership and they had been waiting EVEN LONGER!! So they finally sit us in a sales office and couldn't even get to run the numbers because they were going so slow. At this point. My husband was beyond irritated and we left. They told us they would call him once the numbers came back from finance. They said it would maybe take an hour, we have yet to hear from them. And we left before 2. This place is a joke! I hate to start a review with a one star but I cant even fathom the experience at this car dealer. First of all we were there for at least 15 mins before we even made eye contact with one of the employees. Serious buyers with a good down and GREAT credit we researched a car online and came to check it out....Not only were we not treated welcoming no one asked what we were looking for our names our budget or even acknowledged that we were even customers. Finally after locating the car we saw online ourselves(The whole time the Hispanic guy sat in the chair on his phone) we asked how to open the trunk so we could see the trunk space...The guy says "You dont see the button?" I have NEVER been in a place of business where the salesperson acted bothered or annoyed when asking basic questions about a potential car sale. He neve tried to collect information to see our budget names job or even assist in a test drive. I also noticed when a Hispanic couple came in he was all smiles and treated them a totally different way....With Respect! We traveled out of town to see the vehicle and was devastated at the low class nonchalant customer service that was displayed. For starters these guys are a bunch of liars, they advertise vehicle in great condition but upon my arrival vehicle was in poor condition. Leaking radiator coolant, non working brake lights, loose parts underneath the hood, rattles, clunks and other issues. The vehicle had an oder of Car air freshener masking the cigarette smoke. Parts that angers me is my stupidity for believing them and the drive that I made to their dealership. Stay away don't buy anything from these people they're crooks. I have 1 word to describe "Integrity" Auto: LIARS!!! First of all, I was coerced by Paul to write my first 5 star review, with him practically breathing down my neck after the sale to ensure I gave them a 5 star review... and I thought everything was great! Boy was I wrong. Then I get no registration tags in the mail. I call up the car lot numerous times to no avail. So then I get a voicemail left by Veronica that my tags are ready for pick up. So my husband and I come down on our day off.. Saturday to pick up the tags. Well they tell me the registration is closed! It would have been nice if Ms. Veronica had told me their office hours. So Mr. Aaron the sales manager ensured me for the inconvenience of coming down from far that he would mail me my registration. So I wait and wait another week. Nothing. So I call and speak to Ms. Veronica to see if the tags got sent in the mail. Low and behold she then tells me we OWE Integrity for my tags which when we bought the car in our unique situation I explained to Paul that I need to pay for the registration with our down payment now since we dont know what might happen. So I asked to speak to the General Manager as this was not clearly stated to us nor did we get notice about additional fees, and Veronica said she would have a manager call me. I had a really great experience at Integrity Auto Sales! When I initially came in and shopped around, I gave the salesman, Paul, a ball park idea of the car that I wanted with my further needs. We didn't find a car that night but he did give me a call back the following week with a BMW that was just perfect. Not only did it have the the seat warmers, navigation, bluetooth, back-up camera, and key-less entry, but it came in the preferred color, and on some very elegant BMW rims! He was a little negotiable on the price and with their warrenty I could not say now. All their other staff was very polite, offered to help with the different coffee machine options in the lobby, and made sure I was well taken care of during my time there. Mind you it was my big birthday present for myself therefore, I was not in any rush to commit to buying anything.. wanted to make sure this was the car I really wanted. He ran inside to grab the key so I could take a look inside and start it up to see how it ran. I asked him if I can test drive the vehicle. He said no problem but first I need to "RUN YOUR CREDIT" (WHICH WAS FLAG #1) I know damn well you can leave an ID and test drive.. I asked him why would you need to run my credit? He said because it was one of their higher priced vehicles. Okay whatever, I really fell in love with this car and thought it was the one I wanted so why not run my credit. After test driving it... realized it did not have a back up camera (which I must have this feature due to my bad parking skills) Anyways, long story short I had an appointment somewhere else to look at one more vehicle. I kept telling them I have an appointment I want to look at the other vehicle before making my decision. They kept going back and fourth with numbers and I just told them straight up I'm leaving... I'm not going to rush into this vehicle if it doesn't have the features I wanted. Another guy comes and try's to talk me into buying this damn car.. which then irritated me because I kept telling them I have another appointment. After about 20mins of him trying to run back numbers I just got up and walked away.. as I am walking away another guy was like hey come check out my cousins auto dealerships and starts pulling his phone out to show me pictures of the cars on the lot. I told him I'm sorry but I been looking a long time for the perfect car and searched all the dealers I'm not interested! WASTED MY TIME FOR NOTHING! Okay, so why I'm writing this review is because they ran my credit 7 times in two months. Idk how or what they did but they are very UNTRUSTWORTHY! Took my car for a trade in, new car drives great but figure out the ac system wasn't working, so they said they will add freon in it the next day but it leaked out a week later, took to a Honda dealership and was told Integrity sold me a car with a compromised ac system that cost$1600 to fix. Impossible to get a hold of the person in room #105 . 2 out of 15 calls answered and voicemail doesn't do any good because they don't respond to it. Oh wells, a lemon for a lemon.
