This was my first visit to Integrity Automotive and I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. I called a few days earlier to make an appointment even though they take walk in customers too. Tony and his team were courteous and kept me apprised on the status of my car. After their inspection, I was informed about what needed to be fixed and quoted very reasonable prices for my brake job, wheel alignment and alternator replacement. There was no up selling for things I did not need. My car would be done later in the day and I got a courtesy call on when my car would be ready for pick up. My friend's husband passed away recently and his wife needed to find a good repair facility for the vehicle that he husband left behind. She was experiencing numerous spurious trouble codes that were causing concern about driving the vehicle. The shop she had been going to previously said they could find no issues associated with the trouble codes. This shop determined that since the battery is located low in the front fender, that makes it really hard to service, that the corrosion build up on the terminals was causing the false trouble codes. The found the battery was weak and old and so they replaced it with a new one and cleaned up all the corrosion and applied some grease that would help prevent corrosion buildup in the future. It fixed the problem. The wait was short and the prices was very competitive and the waiting room was very clean and the receptionist was also first rate. The entire experience was excellent. Took my 2012 Accord here for A123 service. I dropped off late Monday and they had it ready by 2:30 next day. The quote wasn't far off from the final price. And they even washed out the engine bay. HONEST! I researched reviews for an honest repair shop prior to taking my car to the dealer in hopes that some things would still be covered. In hindsight, I should have called and asked them before taking my car in. They grossly overcharged me and gave me a shocking estimate for additional work that needed to be done. I remembered Integrity and their 5 star reviews. I can't say enough about how good they are. They are friendly, honest and fast. They called to apologize that one part would mean leaving my car overnight and I was so surprised because the dealer had said 5+ days for everything. Friday 7/17 @ 11 AM: I took my Honda Element here to get serviced and was not disappointed! I called before I came in and they were able to take me in on the same day. The staff is super nice and the two women working the front desk were very professional and friendly. I feel like they took very good care of my car and were honest with everything they did. They did not try to cheat me at all, which I feel most mechanic shops do, and made sure to call me periodically to update me with anything they found during their inspection. I really appreciated the fact that they offered me alternatives if I didn't want to purchase something or receive a particular service from them (I just got everything from them anyways lol) After an oil change and brake pad replacements, my car feels brand new. I brought my daughters car in for a brake job. Tony put the car on the lift and examined the front and back. He told me that she didn't need brakes for another 5,000 miles. I missed work because I had to have it fixed .. This place is so friendly and kind and made me feel welcomed and I trusted them.. My car was due for an oil change, so my husband tells me to take it to this place on Mission and Ramona... he had his done there for like $70 with synthetic oil. I drove over there and yuck...it looked pretty crummy. I decided to go to my favorite auto shop, Integrity Auto...Tony is super nice, professional and honest. My oil change cost $49 for synthetic and it was done in less than half an hour. As we chatted I mentioned that I was on my way to American Auto to have them check my tires, as the front right tire was low. Tony said,"Oh, I already took care of it...I noticed it was low." I never even mentioned it to him, but this is the kind of great service he provides. I don't trust my car to anyone else anymore after being screwed by other local mechanics and even Firestone in Chino Hills. Integrity specializes in Honda, but my kids have taken their VW and Jeep there as well. Give them a try, or at least go to him for a second opinion. My husband took my car to Firestone Chino Hills for brakes (without telling me or I would have made him go to Integrity) and they convinced him that we needed new rotors along with the brakes. I was so mad, I told my husband "Why didn't you take it to Tony??!" One of the tires was making a loud, strange noise, so I took it back to Firestone and they told me it was the blah blah blah and it would cost another $150 or so. WTH?????!!!!! I took it to Integrity (where my husband should have gone in the first place) and the first thing Tony said was, "Why did you put new rotors? These cars don't need them until such and such miles..." I was like seriously???!!! Then after driving it he said it's not the front tire it's the rear one, they didn't put the brake on right. OMG I WAS FIT TO BE TIED! I stormed back to Firestone and spoke to the manager, they fixed the brake, but as for the rotors? We were screwed...grrrrr! Another time, before I knew about Integrity, I took my car to a mechanic over by the prison, who was having an oil special. Afterward he tells me I need $750 worth of such and such done OMG!! I tell my husband the bad news later that night, and mention it to my neighbor she proceeds to tell me that the same mechanic told her she needed new rotors and she went to Integrity, by chance, for a second opinion and he told her she didn't and fixed the problem for MUCH less. So then I take my car to him for a second opinion and he says, "Your car doesn't need all that, it only needs this stuff done." I walked paying less than $250 for the work he did.
