Integrity First Roofing did a great job renewing my 25 year old roof. They cleaned gutters, examined and secured all roof tile, installed new felt undercoatings as needed, cleaned around all pipe and vent fittings, removed moss from north facing portion and resealed all ridge intersections. very happy with their work and would highly recommend. read more

I would recommend Ron and his company Integrity First Roofing to anyone and everyone. Ron stopped by first thing in the morning to check on my roof and the leaking. I had previously asked another roofing company to fix the leak (which they had completely blotched). Ron gave me a few lessons on roofing so I can force the other contractors to correctly do their job. Ron didn't even charge a penny to check my roof and gave some advice on how to avoid leaks - he even followed up the next few weeks to make sure I didn't have a leaking roof. I cannot emphasize enough how much Ron had helped me with my roofing situation. Big thumbs-up for this guy. -I called, and he answered the phone right away. -I told him I needed a roofer to look at my roof and verify that roof problems were not contributing to my moisture in the walls, and that the roof probably was fine. He agreed to come out anyway. -He came that very afternoon to look at my roof. -He said there was no problem, and no charge for his visit. I had to insist on him taking some money for his time, and all he would take was $30. I'm not a relative or friend of this guy, but he treated me like I was. I am a ,happy customer of Integrity First Roofing. I had a roof area under an air conditioning unit in Sacramento that was in horrible shape. The rest of the roof was tile and okay. Ron came out and checked the roof to see what had to be done. He gave me a bid, which I thought was very fair. We signed a contract. The work was done in a timely manner and is quality work. We got a bid from Ron in December of 2017 for a rental property. Because of the rain, he said he wouldn't be able to start until February 2018. Since we had lots of other work to do on the house, we agreed. In February we called and now it was pushed into March. March turned into April, which turned into May and then we were told June. We had a signed contract and we finally had enough and canceled. Thanks to being strung along by Ron, we have had a rental house sitting empty for more than six months. His company might be called "Integrity First" but maybe he should do some work on reliability and keeping promises. read more

I first ran across Integrity First Roofing when they did a roof repair for a client of mine. (my client raved about him) I'm a realtor and work with different contractors in lots of industries. He's straight up honest and while I'm not personally on the roof nor am I an expert, I could see the work he did on a gutter problem I had. (You see, I had a gutter that always had water flowing over the side and thought the best solution was to install another downspout. I realize as the first review most readers figure I'm a relative. I am not. It was recommended by another contractor friend that I call Ron. I have a tile roof and over the many years of Direct TV contractors and painters, many, many of my tiles were broken, and I had a small leak develop. I searched on Yelp and had two other contractors come out to give me an estimate. The first guy spent about 10 minutes and told me I had several broken tiles and had some flashing problems. The second guy spent about 15 minutes and concurred with what the other guy said. Ron came out and spent nearly an hour on my roof looking under tiles and removing tiles and carefully inspecting the flashing around all of my pipes and chimney. I was concerned that he would be far too expensive. His bid was very good. He does the work himself as opposed to an unsupervised crew. Clean. Professional. Work done right. read more

I'm so disappointed with this company. I had Ron come out months ago to give me an estimate. He came out the same day I called and I was impressed with that. His quote was good so after checking with 5 other companies I decided to go with him to replace my roof. I signed his contract and picked out my color. I waited several months with basically little communication, except a reply of "I'll get back to you soon." I knew they were busy so I waited. Finally my day was set and I was relieved. The morning of, at 6:45 am, Ron told me there was a problem, he hadn't realized there were 3 layers on the roof and therefore he would have to charge me more money. In five minutes this company went from a good price, to one of the highest prices and I had to say no. So, after waiting for months, I have to start all over again. Seems like since this was their mistake, a contract was signed, they should have made it work. Update: 7/6/17 The evening of our original date Ron called to apologize and admit he made a quick decision that he regretted. He offered to do the job for what he originally quoted. I accepted and we set a new date. They just finished and I am very pleased! The work was done in two days and the workers were very professional. They cleaned up after the work each day and the new roof looks great! Ron has earned his name of "Integrity" Roofing and I do recommend him to anyone needing a new roof. I called 3 roofers. One of them was Integrity First Roofing. Two of the roofers were just going to put on some roof patch and give me a large bill. Integrity was not the cheapest by any means, but he was the ONLY one that addressed the problem that the leak needed repairing...not patching. Since then, we have had a great deal of rain and not one drip from the old problem. He now is MY roofer that I can count on to FIX the problem. read more

I was first referred to Ron over three years ago. He gave me an estimate to reroof my house in 2011. In addition to the roof estimate, he spent hours helping me decide on a new patio cover and finding a good contractor. I decided on a different patio cover contractor, but this year when my neighbor hired Ron to reroof his house, I decided to hire Ron to reroof my house. The roofing inspector said he did an excellent job and gave him an A+ saying he did everything perfectly. Not only is Ron very conscientious about doing the best job he can, he is also very personable and he takes his time answering all of your questions without any pressure. He also discovered the patio cover contractor I had hired did not attach the drip strip correctly, and the plywood was turning to dry rot. When I was unable to get the patio cover contractor to come back to look at the problem, Ron volunteered to take off the old strip and install a new drip strip correctly.
