Setting appointment was easy,and received text with info of when tech would arrive with picture of the tech (Artemio). Tech arrived promotly and was very courteous, knowledgeable and detailed. Did a thorough inspection of my furnace, explained results, gave me recommendations and was patient with my questions. $624.00 to change normal size A C capacitor, a $35..00 part. Took 15 miutes of labor. Nice guy but they rip you off when its hot and there are no options. Buy one from Amazon, 30 bucks, and have it ready in case its needed ,sort of a cheap insurance policy. The cost to diagnose and install an AC capacitor typically ranges from $200 to $400, with an average cost around $250. This includes both the price of the capacitor and labor for installati Furthermore did not see new capacitor put in nor was I able to keep the old one also did not get a bill outlining the work performed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We replaced furnace and air conditioner with integrity three years ago and they convinced us to do the annual maintenance plan at $300 a year. We were told it was like an insurance policy because they would catch any minor problems before they became major. This spring the maintenance guy apparently found an issue with the air conditioner, but failed to tell us, the homeowners. He made a note in his file and then either quit or got fired. I don't know but left the company. We were unaware as homeowners that there was a minor issue, and by July it had turned into a major issue. Despite integrity's maintenance plan we had to pay over $1100 for this repair. We then told them in person and on the phone to cancel our annual maintenance plan because what was the point if they didn't inform us of any issues. A couple of months later we get charged for the annual maintenance fee. Both my husband and I call. We were told no one ever called and canceled. Apparently they have recorded all the calls and claim no one called despite the fact that I know I called. I also know we told the guy who came to the house that we wanted to cancel it. Bridget spoke to the manager who said too bad we are still being charged $300 and would we like to schedule a time for maintenance! what a joke! considering the fact that we had to pay over $1100 for a repair because their maintenance person did not inform us and integrity refused to help out with that cost, I am thinking there is no integrity within the company integrity. And then to pour salt on the wound they still go ahead and charge us for another annual membership fee. I am currently disputing it with my credit card company, but I definitely will never use them again. read more
