My brother called because his heat went our yesterday they told him there was a faulty switch and a cracked heat exchange and after they showed him a Pic of the cracks and it wouldn't be worth fixing so he agreed to get a new furnace. Buyer Beware !!! Do not use this company...they tried to scam us twice!! Integrity Heating and Cooling is a disgrace. Integrity told us that our air conditioning unit had a leaky valve that needed to be replaced and the Freon, which was depleted, needed to be refilled (this after spending, $1,300 two weeks previous to add Freon to our air conditioning unit) that wasn't working properly. The unit was less than 7 years old and under warranty. They said that when the new valve arrived they had to add another $1,300 to replace the Freon we had lost. We called another heating and cooling company for a second opinion, and they said the Freon in our unit was full and the valve just needed to be tightened. The new heating and cooling company fixed it two weeks ago and the air conditioning unit has worked perfectly ever since. We have been paying Integrity $299 per year (Service Plan) for annual service checks for the last 7 seven years and never did they once tell us that we had a leaky valve in the condenser. Furthermore, in January (one of the coldest weeks in Winter) our furnace went out and we were without heat for 7 days. Integrity told us that the fan motor was broke and we had to order a new part from Texas. They said that they would overnight it but never did. We called them daily to check the status of the part and they gave us a run around each time! Finally after 7 freezing days, they miraculously found a spare motor in their local warehouse, which they could have used the first day our furnace went out. The furnace was also less than 7 years old! We had to rent 5 space heaters, and wore coats, scarfs, and hats in the house for 7 days. Integrity handled the install of our new HVAC back in 2015 and we have had the yearly service contract with them ever since. They are great about calling to schedule visits and have always come for the appointment within the given time window. Every technician has been professional, helpful and friendly. They also text a picture of the technician so you know who should be coming in your house. Just nice that they take that extra step. read more

Purchased a yearly maintenance plan 12/28. 2 weeks later I needed a new furnace. I attempted to purchase one through Integrity but they didn't have the model I wanted in stock. I purchased a furnace and took the membership for service. Integrity sold me American Standard furnace but found out later it was low quality unit from China. The heat exchanger cracked after 4 years and the service that I paid for was useless. Integrity tagged the furnace as not useable and told me the replacement part will take at least 10 weeks to obtain with no explanation. I could not go without heat, it was the week before Christmas and I have children to protect. When I asked what to do they told me to buy a new furnace at a very overpriced amount. I went to a more reputable company for half the price. I have a complaint with the BBB and the Illinois Attorney General but still had to pay for a new furnace. Do not be fooled by Integrity Heating and cooling from Mokena. They say one thing and do another. Read the reviews from BBB and go to another Company for Integrity. read more

Just had our heating and air replaced by Integrity. Between the estimate/sales with Chris, to our install with John the whole process was great. I can't say enough great things about how happy we are with everything. We got the same high end equipment that their competitors tried to sell us for almost double the price. Chris was very patient and available to answer all my questions. The installer, John K. and his assistant, arrived right on schedule, they were neat and very professional. John explained the new equipment to me and answered all of my questions and he was very polite. I have already recommended this company to others that I know who could use their services. read more

This company does not deserve one star. If you are considering using them --- RUN in the other direction. We gave our tenant permission to call a repair company for their broken A/C. Every reputable company knows that all repairs MUST be approved by the landlord before doing the repairs. This company did not call us (the landlord) and charged just under $900 for travel and diagnostic fee, class 1 repair (the repair job took 5 minutes) and A/C capacitor (400% mark up on this item.) Two phone calls to the office resulted in conversations with Bridget wherein she was rude; combative; insulting; disinterested in helping me; and talked over me during the conversation . She is there to hide her boss (John Jordan); provide no solutions to the problem; and basically be offensive to customers. John Jordan, stop hiding from your customers. Seven years ago my Mother had a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Integrity. She had the furnace and air conditioning unit serviced a couple of times with Sears. Recently the heat wasn't kicking in correctly so, I suggested that she call them since they installed everything. My Mother is 83. I attempted to call someone to get a quote and how much would the service call be and if this is included in the repairs. I left two messages and no one ever called me back. My Mother called me and told me that the technician John told her that to repair her furnace which is only 7 years old he would have to charge her at least $1,000.00. I spoke with John over the phone and he started telling me that holes needed to be cut in the wall, duct repairs and a new switch had to be done. I asked him what had changed about the furnace to include duct work because surely the house is the same. I asked him to give me a number to the supervisor , also named John, left another message and he never called me back. John the tech said he didn't have all day to wait for me to speak to a supervisor. I told him my time is valuable also. My Mother said John, the tech left went in the driveway was on the phone for a long time and then came back with a bill totaling $318.00, just to clean a furnace without even replacing the filter. I told him we would not be paying an additional $700 for repairs that should've been under warranty. By the way the only response I got back from this company is: Why would you write a bad review, I told them I'm writing a truthful review. Second , The exhaust pipe has a crack jus after 2 yrs of installation and they say they want $149 to come out and diagnose it. The warranty says 10 year parts and labor is included and no where in the agreement does it say that you have to pay for it. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a new furnace and a/c unit installed in Sept 2020. The a/c unit started to leak as soon as it was turned on for the first time in the spring of 2021. It leaked ALOT and caused significant damage to the unit below mine. After multiple visits to determine and resolve the issue the crew that resolved the leak also de-installed my humidifier. I called to get it re-installed ~20 times but they said they can't and someone will call to explain why. No one ever called. THEN they charged me $300 for a yearly service and told me that they couldn't refund it!! They have given me no other option but to put in a complaint with the BBB and have my lawyer contact them ... it shouldn't be this way! Absolutely do not use them. 7 year old A/C blew out as the air compressor blew out. Note that they serviced it annually and i purcahsed the $299 packaage. I was quoted $3,300 to replace the compressor and wait 2 weeks or $7,300 for a replacement unit. This is similar to the cost of the combo A/C and Furnace 7 years ago. I questioned the quote and the guy told me that prices have gone up. Little does he know that I oversee a large portfolio of commerical real estate and deal with pricing daily. I received a quote from somebody my friend referred today. Compressor for $1,750 OR new unit for $2,850 - install in 3 DAYS!!!! Tyler Alberts at Integrity Heating Services did an amazing job. Will be recommending him to everyone I meet. Backstory: I hired Northeast Woodstove and Fireplace in East Windsor to fix my stove in April (needed a new auger motor). The owner seemed incompetent from the start. After several visits, he left only completing half the job, telling me he would return to complete it "before the snow flies" (yes, he actually said that). He never showed or called. In desperation (November), I called around to find another repairman. I soon heard about Tyler Alberts from Integrity Heating Services - he came highly recommended. Tyler Alberts came in and discovered that the previous guy not only installed components backwards which ended up bending internal components, the guy left the job without putting everything back together... he also created a leak in my vent pipe. Tyler fixed all the issues in short order and was finished inside of an hour. Why couldn't the other guy have done this? So incompetent. Thank goodness there's people like Tyler Alberts out there: polite, knowledgeable, reasonable and very competent. Contact Integrity Heating Services for first rate repairs and service. Decided to go with this company because they had a"guarantee" that if they didn't come out within 24 hours they would put you in a hotel. Called for service and was told it would be weeks before they could come service my unit. I inquired about the 24 hour guarantee and was told it didn't exist. I read the guarantee verbiage to then over the phone and they still didn't believe me. I emailed a copy of the paperwork to them and they told me they wouldn't honor it because I didn't purchase a service last year (during a pandemic no less). No where on the document did it state that was a condition. When I informed Bridget that I was unhappy and planned on leaving feedback she called me back and canceled my appointment because she accused me of "threatening" her by stating I was going to post my disappointment on social media. Really Bridgette? No service recovery but you cancel my appointment for stating my disappointment??? That's not what I learned in my MBA program about listening to the voice of the customer. Integrity heating and cooling of 19450 S 97th ave, Mokena installed an AC and furnace unit on July 6th 2022. I took warranty service with an annual membership fee of $299.00. With my appointment,On May 19th 2023 technician came and offered a free service on water boiler emptying and dryer vent cleaning. All I purchased from Integrity is AC and furnace, And I thought why they offer this service when it is not in the warranty. But they cleaned the dryer went as I agree. only two weeks later that I found they made big hole on the went pipe that was only a couple of years old and it was a real mental one(the best I get from Menards) Since then I am calling them to send a technician to replace it with a new one I bought. i explained to Ms.Bridget that I can't move the washer that s why I am calling even after I have the parts. She put me on hold for 25 mi twice, and told me a$99.00 service fee is needed for a technician to come out. For a damag they made, they want to make more money! When you do maintenance to your unit and sign at the end of it you apparently are signing for a renewable contract for which they will charge your credit card with no warning. If you call Bridget, she will get very argumentative stating that they can see your signature in the document. After I told her they had lost me as a client and I told friends who needed to replace their a/c units and furnaces to go to a different company she said "that's fine". I could not even believe it! and that is supposed to be their customer service person. The only reason I had chosen them in the first place was because they did not have a waiting list when I installed my a/c and furnace. Now I know why. We bought our heating and a/c units from them. We signed up for their annual membership. We sold our house in April and a week later, the membership fee was charged. I thought it would be a no-brainer to get that money back but they said absolutely not because I didn't give 60 days notice per the contract. Really? They litereally didn't do anything, but couldn't figure out how to have a refund?? Also, before we sold the house I wanted them to clean the air ducts(per my membership), but they were too busy to schedule it. Integrity, my butt!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I live in Orland Park, IL and this review was written in July 2020 (Yelp thinks I live in California because I used "Sign in With Apple"). 1. Integrity installed a new American Standard air conditioner which has been nothing but problems. It required multiple service calls every year for the past 4 years. They refused to take any responsibility. 2. The company will try hard to sell you a $299 subscription package which allows you to get discounts on parts and services. Since my air kept requiring service calls (yeah, for the brand new A/C unit that Integrity installed themselves), I bought the parts/labor subscription package last year in July 2019. If a subscription package from an air conditioning company sounds shady, keep reading, because it gets worse... 3. I cancelled this subscription service in May, before the 1-year anniversary of buying it, but the company STILL charged me $299 fee in July (on the day my initial subscription period expired). I asked for a refund on the FIRST DAY that it showed up on my credit card, but they refused to refund because they "don't do refunds". They literally want $299 for doing NOTHING and refused to refund. I had to open a charge-back dispute with my credit card company to deal with these scumbags. 4. The prices are all made up on the spot based on what they think you can afford. There are no standard prices on anything. I was quoted $1200 for a repair job and said I would need to talk to my wife first, because we didn't expect that kind of bill. The technician called his boss (who I assume is the scumbag owner), told him that I needed time to think, and then told me that they could do the job for $900 (without me even asking-- I legit needed time to think, but they started lowering the price to get me to buy the repair on the spot). The company will try to quote you several hundred dollars more initially just to see if you will take their high-ball offer. Totally untrustworthy company. In closing, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and their business license should be revoked. Go to Polar or Four Seasons instead. No integrity - I purchased a furnace/AC system from them four years ago that came with a five-year warrantee. The furnace shut down last week because the inverter motor seized. Their technician informed me that since I had not bought into their $300.00 a year cleaning program, I had voided the warrantee on the system and that it would cost $750.00 to replace the motor. The price seamed high, so I contacted a freind of a freind who has a heating business and found that the system was still under manufacturer's warrantee that covered the full price of the motor. The unit took no more than a half hour to replace and I saved a considerable amount of money. read more

We recently found that the furnace and A/C unit that was offered to us as new was in fact 7 years old. While it may or may not have been used, it definitely was not new. Beware if you ask for A/C service. While I won't go into gritty detail, I will say that their techs don't know how to fill a system with refrigerant, and when you experience compressor cycling issues they will fight you or flat out refuse to come out and fix their mistake while trying to shift the blame for the issue onto the homeowner. Further, while having my supposedly 2 year old A/C system replaced this past summer, I also discovered that they installed the wrong size unit for the square footage of my house. There's a lot to be said about a company name. It should reflect what your mission is all about unless you use something generic. Based on this, Integrity should change their name. Talk about misnaming your company! Not only did they almost poison me with gas, but then they lied about it and every mistake they made there after. I picked this company, even though they were $1500 to $2000 more expensive than two of the other three Quotes I got. Mainly because they seemed like a national company and thought it would mean they were more professional and it would be safer for me and my family. First thing they did is leave an open gas line without a shut off valve on it poking out from my furnace closet floor. They turned off the gas at the main and never told us about the open line. Then they just said that they'd be back in a week because they needed special parts. My mom was in ICU all that week so when I came back 7 days later I had no hot water for my bath. A workmen said someone turned off the gas. He turned it back on and my whole house filled with gas. When I called them and asked their operator if it was their regular practice to leave an open gas line in their customer's home, instead of saying "sorry, I'll get you to the right person" she gave me that customer service "FU" tone. You know? When they say all the right words but with the tone to call you a piece of crap? I go so angry I told her to come get their F@#$ furnace out of my house. Not my finest moment but they could have killed me and an "I'm sorry" was the least they could do. Owner called back and blamed my boyfriend Bill saying he was there himself and told Bill. Well, as it turns out, he didn't tell Bill AND the owner wasn't even there. Two lies in one sentence. I know this because I overheard installer telling my boyfriend that he just should have known. REALLY? Isn't that why we hire professionals? To handle things like that because we don't just know? Then installer and owner said they don't carry shut off valves on their truck. Unusual seeing that they work with gas lines. Another lie? In addition, when the laminate flooring in front of furnace closet started bowing the day after the first time they were there, they blamed it on flooring guys. Second time they were there they left a big gouge in one plank and the plank they took out to run the gas line through was put in backwards and screwed down instead of placed in the groove. So, in closing. if you want to risk your families lives, overpay $1500, get spoken too like you're garbage, be left for a week without hot water, get your floor damaged, have someone blame other people for what they do wrong, and repeatedly lie to you: call them. FYI My brother is an HVAC guy living in Vegas and he said he's never heard of such careless, unprofessional behavior. read more

I can't believe this place has the nerve of putting the word "integrity" in their name. I bought a cleaning plan that entitled 2 cleanings, one in the winter and one in the summer. For the summer appointment, I called THEM in May to make the appointment they did not come until the end of July. I understand that they were busy, but having already paid in advance for the service, I expect to be serviced before the middle/end of the summer. I clearly explained on the phone and to the guy who came to my place that I did NOT want to continue with this company. I thought that was that. Nope. I found weeks later that they charged my account for this upcoming year. They said my plan was on "auto-renewal" and I couldn't get out of it. They refuse to cancel my service and refund the money for the service they have not yet provided. They did, however, offer me and upgrade for $100 more. I deteted my review because Integrity asked me too! Here is an updated one of what we had experience. Feel free to make your own judgment call on this one. We had are a.c./ furnace installed in fall of 2016, in June of 2017 our ceiling started to leak, and someone same come to fix it, Unfortunately a half hour after the tech left it started to leak gain! Someone came back out, and they did stop the leak. Sadly we had damage done to our ceiling, and we tired to contact integrity about getting our ceiling fixed. During that time we make numerous phone calls, and sent a certified letter with CD of the damage, but no one ever return our call. Sadly at the time we pretty such gave up all hope. Someone did inform us our unit was not fix the correct way, and because of that I finally caved, and wrote a bad review explaining what we expecance. ( similar to what you just read) After the review someone named Alexi contacted us! Someone came out to look at the damage, and finally it was fixed! We also got our ceiling fixed (jan 2018), but we had to pay to get it fixed upfront. After we sent them a receipt they did send us a check. They did say when everything happened there was different people in management, and they we're not aware of what have occurred, and only fround out from yelp That is the layout of what we had experience! Lacks Integrity...the irony of it. Much talk...no action...aka NATO (No Action Talk Only). 2.5 stars say it all. Wish I knew that many moons ago. After sales service is when a business is in the best possible position to earn customer loyalty with a solid positive long-term relationship. Replaced the complete heating and cooling system. After some the sales people that visited to quote the job, Jason R put together an attractive proposal, we signed and the system was installed a few days later. We are pleased with the equipment recommendation and installation. Receive a call a few days later to sign up for an annual maintenance program. Did that too. In hind sight that's where the (opposite of integrity) dishonesty began, what seemed a guise of practical errors. As part of the maintenance program I was told to call in the fall to clean the system and replace filters etc. Called to schedule the service and was told that the system did not need it as it was new and under warranty. Made no sense, but they insisted it was the case. A few months go by and indicators to replace filters etc. are on. I called and was told again nothing was needed (again not making sense). Did the proverbial escalation "song & dance" and a technician is scheduled. The technician that arrived was Mike D who is also a Manager. Polite chap, looks over the system, cleans the system and replaces filters etc. He suggests that I should have cleaned the system in the fall. Whoa...thought I best share my experience. Mike called the office, reviewed the history, and apologized for the series of events. Also had the office staff make note of the negative experience and provided a fall clean up to replace the one that was denied plus a "sorry that should never have happened" complimentary spring clean-up. Mike recommended that a breaker should be installed to protect the system, and yes I did that too. Yes....gave in to each upsell. It made sense to do it. Would purchase the upsell products/services as it made sense. Called to schedule the spring clean-up and lo and behold the dishonesty or should say the replay began....no record of a program, but yes see all the notes on the situation, but cannot schedule till I sign up for another annual program. Once bitten, twice shy...with the negative experience, run around and time wasted each time, it is time to sign up with someone else. read more

AC & boilers serviced. They sold me on the membership but scheduling was difficult and unclear and not nearly as easy as they make It seem. If I didn't follow up 5x I don't think o would have ever received service. Plus the service was not nearly as thorough as prior company. Service man had no hose amd needed to use mine, he forgot to put the main disconnect in the ax so I had to troubleshoot and do it myself, obviously winged the boilers and wasn't comfortable, left tools in the house I had to remind him of so he didn't leave them behind. The membership price is a total rip off. You're MUCH better going with another company and saving money and most likely getting better service. read more

The installation it's self was not great, seemed like they cut corners, the ax has been working fine though so do with that what you please. My main gripe is with the Maitenance plan that they charge you for and even if you haven't used it refuse to refund you the money.. mind you they just deducted it today... customer service is non existent. After only a year, my AC broke down and my previous installer and warranty company left me high and dry. I called Integrity Heating & Cooling and they had Chris out the same day to diagnose the issue. He was realistic, professional, and cared about what was in our best interest. John and Aaron were here the following morning right at 8am when they said they would be (actually a little earlier!). The process was quick, and both were friendly and thorough. We've done business with Integrity Heating & Cooling for at least five years. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home in 2021. The air conditioner started giving us problems after the first year. Integrity has repaired it as needed but at a cost, which was surprising for a new AC unit. The furnace has been fine but the humidifier broke and they never replaced it. In the summer of 2023 the air conditioning stopped working and they wouldn't stand by their work. We ended up going to another HVAC service who encouraged us to go back to Integrity as the air conditioner shouldn't be giving us so many problems. I've called Integrity for over 3 days and asked to speak with the Service Manager but it has gone 3 full days without a return call. We've been without AC for almost a week and it seems like the Service Manager is avoiding my calls. I feel stuck waiting for Integrity to just respond. I just want it fixed and to not dump more money into a new AC. read more
