At Your Service wasn't the least expensive, but it was the most fair, thorough, and transparent estimate we received. Andy and Brett went through the entire house and crawl space to really understand the job to prepare an absolutely reasonable estimate. We were so glad because we already really liked working with them. Once we agreed on the work and estimate, they took care of managing all of the permits and recommended a company they worked with and trusted to help us open up our sidewalk. Made getting the project going real easy for us. I can't tell you how many times I called and talked to Elizabeth, but she was always patient and helpful every time. Andy, Brett, Kyle, and Kash all primarily did the work. It was a week long project and they were laughing and having a great time through it all. The quality and attention to detail was impeccable. I could even hear them get excited about how well the installation was going and how proud they were to have done such a great job. I am fortunate enough to know what it's like to work with people you really enjoy collaborating with and what that can do to elevate not only your own performance, and quality of work, but also as a team; these folks have the right spirit and stellar skills! We only had one little bump and Dan came over to help out the team with patching up our sewer main when the flow was interrupted. I needed the toilet moved, as well as the plumbing for both the shower, and sink. I also had them remove the hot water heater, and fix some of the plumbing work around it. It went great initially. They came out and did most of the work the first day, but had to come back the next day to fix some things. Over all no problems at all except for the $6000 dollar bill for one days work. The real problems came when it was time to put everything back together. My newly remodeled bathroom needed the fixtures done, the toilet and hot water heater put back in. The appt was scheduled for a Monday at 1pm, of which they showed up at 3:30, and told me they could only work for an hour. So, they put the toilet in, and left without doing anything else. They came back on a Wednesday to finish. Of which they chipped the tile in my shower, didn't place the plumbing in the right spot for the vanity, so the drawer wouldn't close, I also didn't have any pressure when using the hot water. They left and told me everything was working perfectly(apparently didn't check) they sent the estimator of Friday because "they had a big job going now, and didn't have anyone to send" the estimator was quite rude and condescending, and left without actually fixing anything. Because of this "big job" they weren't able to send any one until the following Wednesday. Of which they then charged me $200 extra because of a "mineral deposit removal" All in all. I had 4 projects for them to accomplish, all together it took them 2 days, they charged me $8000 and they messed up 3 of them, and left me to figure it out. Save yourself, and use someone else. My hot water still doesn't have good pressure.
