This company needs to change its name. Who you gonna call? "RODENT BUSTERS"!! We had a truly other-wordly rat infestation at a rental house we own in Fairfield. Our new tenant informed us there seemed to be a rat around, which he was unable to trap . . so after reading Yelp reviews, I contacted Mike at Integrity Rodent Proofing. He came out promptly, and after a thorough inspection his assessment was that, on a scale of 1 to 10, our infestation was a"10". Yikes! Apparently the previous tenant had let the situation go rather than telling us what was going on, and now the house and turned into the equivalent of the apartment building in Ghostbusters, storm clouds gathering over the epicenter of all rat-evil. Ok, so there wasn't exactly a dog demigod named Zuul living in the fridge; but you get the picture. Worst of all, the tenants (understandably) asked to be let out of their lease as the wife was pregnant -- and we reeeeeeally liked these tenants. Well. Enter "Rodent Buster" Mike and his crew to save the day. They placed a zillion traps which they checked, emptied, and replaced EVERY day (and then as-needed) while respectfully working around the tenant; cleaned, deodorized and sanitized everything each time they came; replaced the ruined attic insulation, screens, and anything else that the little beasts had destroyed; and after every visit, called or texted to let me know exactly what had been done and where we stood in our progress towards total eradication. On top of that there were follow-up emails, plus a guarantee to keep the house sparklingly rat-free for a year no matter how many visits it might take. It could have turned into a real nightmare, but hey, in the end there was no dealing with the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man for us! Mike and his crew nipped it in the bud, and the tenants were so happy they ended up staying. Wow!!! Where to start!!! We have been battling a rat issue for about 5 years now, we've had 3 different companies from two of the large national pest control companies and one of the smaller local companies all promised they would fix our issue...with no success! Here is were Integrity Rodent Proofing comes into the picture, we were referred from a friend of ours who used them in their Folsom location earlier this year and spoke extremely highly of Mike and the team. So I gave Mike a call and he came out the next day to do an inspection, free of charge I might add and he was extremely detailed, I mean this guy knows his stuff...it was like listening to Steve Irwin but with rats instead of crocodiles lol needless to say after the inspection, Mike provided a detailed quote with pictures through email and we approved it right away! They were pretty busy but Mike was able to squeeze us in the next week, it was a 2 day job that they had to not only seal our house but also clean out all the insulation due to the rats urinating and pooping everywhere and install new insulation. The guys were courteous and extremely hard-working! Finally after five years and what seems like an eternity, we are finally rat free, no noises in the walls, no horrible smell when Igets really hot outside! I had been batteling rats in my attic for a lot longer than I care to admit, actually it was kind of like a game I guess, I know its sounds bad but I just figured that they are stupid rats and I could take care of the problem, well like I said more time went by than Id like to admit, 5 years and now that had started coming into our kitchen and bedrooms! I messaged this company on Yelp looking for some help getting our attic cleaned up. We had some old rat droppings from a year or so ago and needed the work done ASAP. Mike messaged me back the same day and scheduled my free inspection in the same week! He confirmed my appointment using their appointment software (which was so convenient because it let me know when he was on his way as well) and was right on time. He inspected our attic and took pictures so I could see the current condition and sent me a cleanup estimate the same day! We were in a hurry to get the cleanup done and Mike was able to move his schedule around to get our work done the following week. Again, he was punctual and they got the work done within a few hours. I can't say enough how professional, hardworking and nice Mike is...His whole crew were very polite and did wonderful work! We had definitely some big old dirty rats running around up in the crawl space ... I think they even scared the cat They came a couple weeks ago, sealed up all the entryways, completely cleaned and deodorized the garage, hauled off all sorts of stuff, took out all the insulation and replaced it upstairs because they had been living up there. Not only was their method effective, but it was one of the most pleasant customer service interactions I've yet to have. This is one of the most professional companies I've worked with for my home. Every aspect of the experience dealing with them was efficient and competent. Mike performed an extremely thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. He was very forthcoming about what would be necessary and what I could afford to hold off on.
