It has been a little over two years and 12 atmospheric rivers since we had Jamin and team replace our roof. Integrtiy Roofing came out to help me at a time I could not get anybody else to respond. After the massive storms that we had on New Year's Eve we had a leak happen in our living room. All we needed to do was get somebody to come out and stabilize the situation for the upcoming storms and it was incredibly difficult. We had severe roof damage from the atmospheric river that passed through the bay area. I had to act quickly to prevent further damage and get our roof repaired. I sent many inquires around our area and received a quick response from Jamin. Jamin was very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions either by text or Yelp messenger. We were able to arrange an initial meeting to get an estimate of our damage. Jamin took all health n safety precautions and looked at the roof damage in our house. Then went on the roof and assessed the total damage. This took less than 30min. Contract of the repair was emailed to me pretty quickly about 2-3days. Price wasn't too bad and wanted the repair to be done quickly before the next rain fall arrived. Once we signed the contract, repair was set up for the following week. We needed a new roof after the storms last year. We received 8 quotes and the pricing was roughly similar with all the companies. I found that one roof tile of my porch was dislodged last August. Since my house was 21 years old, it might be a good time to do an inspection for the entire roof. I called several roofing services. Most them just came, stood on ground and told me that the maintenance service for the entire roof was needed, and then provided me the estimate for the maintenance package few days later. Jamin from Integrity Roofing Systems had a different way. He climbed up to roof for inspection. Two days later, I received an estimate/contract including the work scopes in detail and photos showing the damaged parts which need to be repaired or maintained. The works was done within a day in September after 40 days I signed and sent the contract back. I received the invoice and photos for those repaired parts in few hours after works. In the year-end holiday season, I even received a greeting card from the roofing team. How nice they were! I didn't write this review until now (January 2023) because I was waiting the raining season in winter to verify their works. Jamin and the Integrity Roofing team were recommended by our solar system provider (NorthStar Solar). We had spoken with other roofing providers and Integrity Roofing were able to work out a solution that met our specific needs (we have an old tile roof with no underlayment or plywood -- tiles laid directly on the rafters). They found a cost effective solution that allowed us to get a solar system installed without having to spend a fortune. Jamin was up front about the roofing estimates and his opinions on the options that we had available to us. In addition, he was very flexible in accommodating requests that we had. The work was done on time and with quality. Jamin and the entire crew respected COVID regulations, masked up when speaking with us -- which we really appreciated. In addition, he had a yard full of the same tiles that matched our roof tiles (ours were long out of production) which was great. All in all, I highly recommend Integrity Roofing Systems. Contacted Integrity Roofing Systems along with about eight others for a quote. The nine that we interviewed in total was after intense research of ensuring that they had to have good presence on the internet via different social media platforms, that they are licensed, insured and bonded, been in business for a number of years, has good rating on BBB and etc. you get the picture. In retrospect, while we did interview many only half of those actually responded back with a quote in 24 hours-48 hours. Others took a few days and some never got back to us and that was after we weeded out folks. Cost wise, they all came in the about same range plus or minus a few grand. We narrowed it down to integrity roofing systems because they did not have a single bad review and Jamin was responsive, prompt, we felt like he was easy to talk to, honest and that we can trust and work with him. So...right from the beginning Jamin reached out to let us know the timeline and when the work would begin so that we knew when to expect the workers. This is of course after you sign the agreement/contract to show that you are serious including a very small deposit. Day 1 they came, demo and hauled away the old roof. It took all but a few hours. Jamin was on site to ensure everything went ok. Surprisingly it wasnt loud at all. Day 2 they began prepping the roof for install. It took a few hours from what we recall. Jamin was there on site again to make sure everything was ok and also to identify whether we needed additional work and etc. We noticed he bought his staff lunch and even sat to eat lunch with them. I thought that was very down to earth of him, says a lot to me as you dont see your boss everyday sitting with their team and eating with them. Day 3 was the install of the roof and so there was lots of hammering and etc. There were a total of 4 guys on our 1800 sq. ft roof. Again, Jamin was there to make sure everything went ok. He again bought his staff lunch and sat with them during lunch. The hammering wasnt too bad since we had expected it to be on the noisy side. That said if you have pets it might be a good idea to take them outside during the hammering since ours was scared as if it was new years or fourth of July. Day 4 they finished up on the roof and completed the install of our skylight (replacement) as well as the sun tube (new). A few days later, Jamin came back to check on the work, make sure everything was ok and to collect final payment. I should note that at the end of each day the workers made sure to clean up after themselves. They were very courtesy and professional the entire time. They often started at around 8am and wrapped up between 4:30pm-5pm We are extremely happy with our roof, skylight and sun tube. His team was responsive, prompt and the quality of work showed. He also pulled the permits for us as well and the inspection went seamless. Would recommend him/company without hesitation! read more

To be precautious I called a number of guys for an estimate and they gave me solutions ranging from replacing an entire section of my roof to replacing the underlying area. Integrity Roofing is true to its name. Friendly, trustworthy, professional, reasonable price, and good work. A rare combination these days. To provide context, we needed to replace an area of our roof with damaged underlayment and underlying plywood. Although we had multiple quotes of varying prices, we wanted to work with Integrity Roofing because Jamin was honest and thorough in addition to quoting a reasonable price. For the initial estimate, Jamin was able to came over (and brought his adorable golden retriever!) the same day we called him. Jamin carefully examined our entire roof before taking the time to explain to us his thoughts and recommendations for repairs in an easy to understand manner. Jamin also gave us recommendations on additional items that we may want to address, but was very clear on what was optional. This was very refreshing as few contractors these days will place honesty over profit. Jamin was also very thorough as he explained that sometimes (but not always) such projects may require dry rot work if the rafters are damaged in any way by water. However, Jamin would be able to tell us on the day of the repairs once the tiles are lifted and he can see the underlying wood. On the day of the repairs, Jamin came by with his team on time and got right to work. Jamin kept us informed throughout the day. After all the tiles, underlayment, and plywood came off, Jamin came and told us there would be no need for dry rot work, which was great news! Again, this speaks to Jamin's honesty and integrity. A few months ago we started the process of replacing our 45+ year old roof (including new insulation and gutters).
