Integrity Roofing is true to its name. Friendly, trustworthy, professional, reasonable price, and good work. A rare combination these days. To provide context, we needed to replace an area of our roof with damaged underlayment and underlying plywood. Although we had multiple quotes of varying prices, we wanted to work with Integrity Roofing because Jamin was honest and thorough in addition to quoting a reasonable price. For the initial estimate, Jamin was able to came over (and brought his adorable golden retriever!) the same day we called him. Jamin carefully examined our entire roof before taking the time to explain to us his thoughts and recommendations for repairs in an easy to understand manner. Jamin also gave us recommendations on additional items that we may want to address, but was very clear on what was optional. This was very refreshing as few contractors these days will place honesty over profit. Jamin was also very thorough as he explained that sometimes (but not always) such projects may require dry rot work if the rafters are damaged in any way by water. However, Jamin would be able to tell us on the day of the repairs once the tiles are lifted and he can see the underlying wood. On the day of the repairs, Jamin came by with his team on time and got right to work. Jamin kept us informed throughout the day. After all the tiles, underlayment, and plywood came off, Jamin came and told us there would be no need for dry rot work, which was great news! Again, this speaks to Jamin's honesty and integrity. A few months ago we started the process of replacing our 45+ year old roof (including new insulation and gutters). After a discouraging start (no shows, no answering of phones, no returning of messages etc. from a handful of companies), I came across Integrity Roofing. From start to finish, Jamin was the epitome of calm professionalism. He answered all of my questions and sent a quote in a timely and comprehensive fashion. I called regarding a broken tile that Tesla had broken while recently installing solar panels. Tesla had done a final walkthrough after installations and sent a drone to inspect the installation and informed me that a tile was broken and slid down 6 inches or so. Tesla was unresponsive about fixing the roof, and thus I reached out to Integrity Roofing Systems for help. It's rainy season and I'm very grateful that they responded immediately. When they came out, they found that the tile was not broken but just had came loose. They were able to secure it back in place and now I don't have to worry about having to find a matching tile to replace it with. We had no fewer than 6 different leaks on a 4-year old roof that was done by an unlicensed contractor by the previous owner of the house. After this year's heavy rains, we needed someone to come out and address the issue ASAP. Jamin was by far the quickest to respond and came out right away. Great experience working with Integrity Roofing for a new roof install. They provided several options of different grades and color for our roof (composite). Great communication from Liz and Jamin - very timely, concise and on-schedule. The work was done quickly and they did a very nice job. They handled all of the permitting and scheduling with the city inspector. The inspector commented on how good of a roof it was. The one area that could have been improved is the clean up afterwards as there were nails and random pieces of roof in my yard, but not much. I was looking for a roofer because a tile had fallen from my garage roof. I contacted three companies for quotes and Integrity was the only one that used photos I took for an initial quote. Jamin also came out to do an actual inspection and in addition, he did a overall inspection of my roof as well and provided photos along with the quote to make some other minor repairs & maintenance. His quote was very reasonable and we scheduled a day and time a few weeks out. His worker arrived on time, and performed the agreed upon work. The one thing was that he couldn't find was one grooved tile to match my roof, and he put in a flat tile instead. I thought I was fine with it, but after a couple weeks, I mentioned it to Jamin, and he had someone come out to replace the one tile within a week for no additional charge. That's great customer service! Two other companies came out for a quote, one offered a high pressure tactics to have me decide on the spot to use them, and another took weeks to schedule and then provided a high quote. Our 32 year old gutters leaked but the original concrete tiles didn't need replacing. This company has really bad communication. I tried calling three times, but no one answered. I contacted them through their contact form on their website and they took two days to respond. 6 back and forth emails later over the course of 14 days and still no appointment was made. I gave them my phone number and requested they call me to schedule the appointment, but they instead continued to try and schedule the appointment over email. This would have been fine, but they took 2-3 days per email to respond. After two weeks of trying to get an appointment just to get a quote, I went with another company that was more responsive. I was referred this roofing company by my electrician. We've been transforming our detached garage into a home gym and one of the key components here was getting our roof looked at for either a fix or a complete replacement. We unfortunately have a flat roof home so its crucial to make sure there are no leaks or pooling water through the rainy seasons. I set up an appointment with Jamin to come take a look at our job. He arrived on time and spent time with me going over options and was able to address all my questions and concerns. We ended up going with an entire re-roof of the garage using PVC 50 material. He suggested a few different options for the roof and the gutters for how they would drain. Suggesting they go over the top instead of through the soffit to make for easier future servicing if it ever needed it. This basically future proofed our drainage system to save future costs and I think it was a great recommendation. I love when companies provide a few different options to me instead of just a straight single option. For the roof he added a slope from the back to the front to discourage any pooling water and it seems to have worked well. I interviewed another roof company that wasn't bad by any means but Integrity fit how I do business better. Integrity was more cost effective and Jamin's professionalism and approach to our job made me feel more comfortable. It's not even the cost that makes this company attractive - Jamin has the energy I'm looking for in a company. Not only was there water leaking into my house in 3 areas, but some work that was being done on the internal walls had to be stopped until everything was dry. I received a return call within an hour and set up appointment two weeks out. I got a call an hour before Jamin arrived to give me a heads up that he would be here about 2:00pm. Jamin arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. 45 minutes later the repair was done for a very reasonable fee. It was simply a matter of caulking around the spark arrestor on top one of our chimneys. Jamin also took the time to caulk cracks on a number of cracked roof tiles on our 30-year old home. I purchased a home a little under 1200 sq ft and my roof inspection came back stating I needed to completely replace the roof :/ Integrity Roofing Systems was the most affordable, and came highly recommen. My scheduled date arrived... Day 1: Jamin arrived promptly at 7:30AM with at least 8 or 9 guys. They pulled off the old roof which had more than three layers in some areas around 11:30. Jamin brought three boards with over 40 samples of new roof colors for me to choose from (I went with classic black). A bit later in the day the team had found some dry rot, which did increase the price, but Jamin was quickly able to purchase and bring the new wood to replace the old. The day ended at about 4pm. Day 2: Smaller team arrived promptly at 7:30am and worked till about 5pm laying down more than half of the roof. There was a misfortunate accident with one of the roofers cutting a cable line, but as soon as I informed Jamin he stated he would reimburse any costs to repair and also do some research to resolve prior to Comcast having to come out. Day 3: Smaller team arrived promptly at 7:30. Jamin temporarily resolved cable issue by shaving the coaxial cable and purchasing a waterproof splitter to reconnect, so Internet and cable were back online by 8am. The remainder of the roof was completed by 1pm. The team blew off the roof and picked up most debris. I did have to tend to the minor debris on the back porch..would have been perfect if they used blower on porch. Overall the roof is absolutely perfect and comes with a 10 year warranty. 5 stars for the roof!! I would def recommend. 4.5 stars for cable mishap and minor debris. P.S. I had Jamin put a roof on a building this past summer, I've worked with him in the past so I knew he would do a great job. The bid was for a great price, he was there when he said he would be and got the job done in a timely manner. I also created some porch overhangs after the roof was done, he was able to come out and put some shingles on those, too. He also took care of some broken rafters so the roof looks good and flat.
