Staff was very nice and friendly. They either need to get…read morebetter trained staff or get their equipment calibrated: Brought my new vehicle there with less than 10k miles to get the original tires swapped out with some brand new snow tires. After about 5 minutes of driving I could tell something wasn't right with the balance of them. When I came in for a follow up appt. to have them check the balance, the lady told me that they would re-balance them but they doubt that would fix any problems and tried to get me to schedule yet another visit so that a mechanic could diagnose what else was wrong with the vehicle for 2-3 hrs. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle... When they re-balanced the tires I asked what they found and they responded that they didn't even check the existing balance. They just blindly stripped all the weights and balanced them again. This time the vehicle drove even worse than the first time. When I brought the vehicle to another shop and explained the issue they threw the existing wheels w/ weights on their balancer and laughed. The guys at Warren tire didn't even get it close. Once the balance was corrected by the second shop the vehicle drove great. The other funny part of my experience was when I dropped the vehicle off for the follow-up visit, they told me that it would be atleast a few hours until they could get to it. This didn't bother me at all except for the fact that 4 of their techs were standing around behind the service desk chatting with each other and not getting any work done for the entire 20 minutes I was there dropping the vehicle off. I was appreciative that Warren Tire was able to get me in for my tire change quicker than any other shop around was, but if I knew it wasn't going to be done right the first time and would require 2 more shop visits I would have just waited a few more weeks.

Failed for a crack in the headlight. still functional, still worked and definitely one of those things you ignore , let slide, use your judgement. Ive had my vehicle inspected 3 times since, same headlight. Maybe the tech is a bitter person who doesn't like his job, maybe hes under pressure to make things happen. whatever the case is, I wont return. this had me driving around for a week with no sticker. its a shame, its so close by. and like I said I have has some good experiences. they stay busy. but they are also costly. I like my mechanic now; independent business owner/operator who I trust. same person every time and nobody to answer to. I take it in and it wont pass, he isnt going to take the sticker off and put me in a bad spot. Bigger garages, its mostly always bad experience. bigger place, and yet still cant get in. so I say if you cant trust them, cant get in, and they cost more, why the hell go there?

As it happened, I needed a sway bar, which can be expensive. They didn't have one in stock, but they were able to procure one and install it if I was willing to wait (which I was.) My car is as good as new. The whole thing -- 75,000 mile service and the sway bar -- ran me $300, which I consider a bargain.

Poor Management! We liked the salesman, Logan, and appreciated his time and laid-back approach. We…read moretest drove the vehicle, discussed trade-in values and financing. The estimated monthly payment was below the budget we had requested, so we left feeling confident moving forward. The next day, we decided we were ready to buy. Based on our conversations with Logan, we planned to put $12,500 down, with approximately $7,600 coming from the equity in our Honda CR-V. During our discussions, Logan stated over the phone that we would need to bring a $4,900 cashier's check. When we returned to sign the paperwork, everything was different. Before we were ever shown the APR or monthly payment we had requested in advance, we were already discussing warranty options with numbers that didn't seem to match what we had previously agreed upon. When we questioned the discrepancy and asked for Logan, the manager, came in but couldn't clearly explain where the misunderstanding had occurred. Instead, he produced a document comparing the $12,500 down payment we had discussed with a $4,900 figure, as though they were the same thing. We had never discussed a $4,900 down payment until we were ready to go all in. It then became obvious that somewhere along the way, the difference between our total down payment and our out-of-pocket contribution had been confused. We fully acknowledge that we could have caught the mistake sooner by double-checking the math ourselves. However, this misunderstanding happened over multiple conversations, and no one at the dealership caught it either. As customers, we relied on the figures being presented to us properly. What happened next was the most disappointing part. Instead of calmly walking through the numbers, the manager told us, "If you can't do the math, you need to leave," and walked out of the room to "cool down." Thinking we couldn't hear him say "I'm not selling you that car today". This all happened in front of our one-year-old child. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What we can't overlook is how the situation was handled. A respectful explanation and a willingness to work through the misunderstanding would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed, confused, and wondering how a simple math misunderstanding escalated into such an unprofessional interaction. Definitely go with a different dealership or at least a more experienced salesman so this doesn't happen to you!
