Months later we begin getting letters from a lawyer about a car accident only to find out LUIS allowed one of his family members to drive the car who then hit another vehicle causing several thousand dollars in damage. This incident was never reported to us by the owner Luis or anyone at the shops when we picked up the vehicle. If it would not have been for the law suit letters coming to our home we would have never known! Horrible business ethic!!!!

We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us! Crooks from the word GO!

They ordered an after market one and out it on. I wasn't happy with the sound of the car so he ordered a different one and installed it. Unfortunately the second one arrived damaged but we tried it anyway. Still not satisfied. So he ordered another replacement and we are very happy that we have the car back to normal. Think the technician is Rafael and he recommended to change the differential oil for $99. He said it's recommended to change around 35K but I haven't changed since carfax didn't show it. All of my maintenance are done at Infiniti dealerships in Houston, TX except my last oil change since I was out of town. I asked to see the carfax report but he said he had to answer the phone. Then he was talking to another customer amd never got back to me. I ended up paying the cashier and left. Unsure what the carfax report really showed but he dodged in showing me. I called my dealership and the record showed it was changed at 35K maintenance schedule. So go figure!
