The saga continues. I tried to have my credit card company stop the payment to Computers & More,…read morebut it was denied. They stated I had signed a receipt saying I had received the services listed and therefore the charge was valid. This is unfortunately true. On the day in question, I stopped by the shop to pick up my computer as they had told me the repair was successful and completed. I was on the way to a doctor's appointment, in a hurry, so I signed what they put in front of me, which, unbeknownst to me, stated I had received the listed service. There was no stipulation that the service was successful. It was not. When I finally got home, I turned on the computer, and it was in exactly the same condition as it had been in when I gave it to them. Long story short, I was charged $386 for nothing! I see from other 1-star ratings that folks are finding out about this shop. I recommend you do not trust your repair with these people.

First service, he fixed a cracked screen. 2nd service he looked at my laptop. It burned out. 3rd service my daughter broke her laptop taking it to school and another kid stepped on her bag. Some days they are quick; other days the response is several days out... closing tickets on my end users if they (we) aren't available when they (Team Logic) calls us back. We have had have 2 major incidents caused by Team Logic. The latest one they didn't even use their RMM tool Ninja One to remediate. They seem to have a few good reps; others will add AD users individually to root folder access rather than take the time to look at appropriate OU's and security groups. We actually found they had given their own techs domain; enterprise and schema level administrative access; then had techs leave without disabling those accounts. Now Team Logic IT is a franchise and perhaps you'll have better experience that I had.
