The reason I only give Robert's team 5 stars is because that's the most stars I can give to them. This is literally the best repair shop you could possibly imagine! My Mercedes got hit by a 18-wheeler on the Highway and took my car here because of the high rating. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and got it all fixed in just two days! Other repair shops told me they would need at least 10 davs to fix it and the price is 30% higher. The truck driver that hit me didn't want to go through the insurance so he asked Robert to do a preliminary estimate which is $3870 and he sent the check for that amount of money. Later on Robert found there are few parts broken deep within the car frame that would cost $80 more, but he didn't want to complicate the whole thing by having me ask truck drive to send the extra money so he paid out of his own pocket to fix these parts for me without charging me! He didn't need to do this. In addition, there is a paper mat on the driver's floor so the floor won't get dirty because of mechanics' shoes. They also thoroughly cleaned my car before I picked up. Their ability to pay attention to details has reached an astounding level. I got into another accident before and I took my car to the Service King to fix it. But Service King is like shit compare to Robert's teams. Today I gave Inter Body Shop a call and I'm glad I did, they were able to fit me into their schedule the same day and gave me a VERY honest and fair pricing for the repairs on my car. Having someone new work on your car can be scary but Robert was straight up with me from the beginning and gave me quality care and he did it so quick because he knew I was worried about not finding anyone else to fix it with the quarantine. One of my kids backed into my BMW SUV and busted my headlights cut my bumper cover and slightly bent my hood, which It is very expensive to replace.
