Kids started eating before I could get the picture! While platter was full!

Food was delicious and was delivered quickly. We had the Combo 4 with home-fries. My kids are picky most days and they left nothing on their plates that's 5 stars from me.

It was a cold cold weekend and I was in the area to take the 2 day course at the Motorcycle Safety School. After being told we'd be breaking for lunch, I was ecstatic to find on my yelp scan of the area that there was a dominican restaurant nearby. Just a quick walk from the place and I LOVE Dominican food. Upon walking up to this place, you wouldn't think much of it, nestled between industrial truck garages and the like. The interior has the comfy feel of a neighborhood diner ... only with DOMINICAN FOOD! My guess is that they serve a fair amount of local workers. I had a generous plate of arroz con pollo that was delicious with a side serving of vegetables all for $8.00. I was super super happy.

I ordered off of Grubhub and my food arrived in about 45 minutes. I ordered a Western Omelette which came with home fries and toast with butter. I added a side of bacon (4 slices to an order) and a side of sausage (2 patties to an order) which were both good. The omelette was full of vegetables and cooked nice. The food arrived hot. I would definitely try the International Coffee Shop again.

This is my first time ordering from here. I ordered mangu, salami, eggs...you know. It's certainly run of the mill. I can't seem to find a place outside of the Bronx that makes it right. Everything needed salt (in my opinion), the cheese was bleah at most. Plus, they didn't fry my eggs the way I asked (in Spanish). I would try something else from them, but not this. I'm so disappointed. Note in the photo this was after I started picking around in it.

I work in the area and it's the best breakfast diner food and Dominican food at a very affordable prices, my son who's 8 doesn't like home fries of its not from here, decor can use sum revamping that's why can't give them 5 stars

Don't judge by it's cover, mummy's cooking awaits

Hands down, the best arroz con pollo I've ever had. Rice con gandules was perfectly flavored, seasoned just right. Chicken was fall-off-the-bone moist. Nothing was over-salted. Portion was huge for only $6.50, and I did not suffer carb coma post-meal. Get your food, sit down & eat, THEN pay before you leave. Very laid back diner atmosphere. You'll find many workers from around the area enjoying their lunch here. Great Dominican restaurant.

THE WORSE BAGEL EVER!!! THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE CREAM CHEESE AND JELLY! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Great breakfast: pancakes n home fries were great n so were the portions. The area is completely industrial but food is good.

I drove by 3 days ago around 2pm. The gate was down. Not sure if it's out of business.

It shares a similar vibe and atmosphere to other Brooklyn smoothie and juice shops. And they have the lovely patties like jerk plantain, ackee, and more. I checked the menu ahead of time, but my niece and I found ourselves studying it hard when we walked in. So many options! I decided to get a pumpkin spice patty (new to me), oxtail patty, and protein shake. My niece got a red velvet pastry and acai bowl. My patties and smoothie came out in about 10 minutes, and my niece received her pastry when we paid. The acai bowl took quite a long time, but I did notice that it was advertised as being new on their menu. The gentleman that took our order was literally the only one in the cafe, and quite a line formed after we got settled, so power to him! If you walk to the back of the cafe, you will see a door that says the patio is open, and it was a lovely area to sit at. It was hilarious to hear a rooster nearby, feeling just like the islands. The pumpkin spice patty was delicious, but the oxtail patty stole the show. It was also a Haitian style patty, so it was nice to have that since it's so rare for me. My shake had peanut butter and protein in it, so it was heavy, but it was so yummy. My niece liked her pastry and her soluble, although there was some unblended acai in there. They'll get it right. I would definitely return to this cafe, and I hope they continue to do well!
