Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with this clinic in a week. I saw Mickaela, one of the physician assistants on staff, for my visit. She was very knowledgeable in my condition and helped me find the best medication I needed. Mickaela was so kind and personable with her questions in order to get to better know my health, but as well as who I am as a person. This type of focus in caring for the "person" instead of just the "patient" truly is what this clinic embodies and is hard to find in healthcare. The MA Monica was so welcoming and friendly when taking my vitals, keeping me at ease. The front desk staff answered all my questions and made the process of being a new patient easy and seamless. I was even able to get lab work done in the clinic which was convenient and efficient of my time. I would highly recommend this clinic and the emphasis that they put into providing optimum care to every single person they encounter.

Because I am a frequent user of the practice's patient portal, I do not mind the $50 administrative fee because I feel it is necessary to balance out the extra work that they have because of the patient portal. For patients with EDS, this office is a godsend as so few doctors acknowledge the disorder, more or much less treat the disorder. He is involved in his practice, I am surprised when I call sometimes and he answers the phone. He reads your medical history and any reports from other doctors you see and explains things to you. He goes over my blood tests in depth with me so I understand them. The only downsides are that he's about an hour drive each way for me and the wait can sometimes be long because he is giving his other patients the time and care that you will receive when it's your turn. I can't say enough about what a good, kind, caring doctor he is! Highly recommend!

My other concerns of anxiety and fatigue was not resolved due to the Doctors recommendation of treating the cough first since it might cure the fatigue and anxiety.
