There was a slight issue, and they jumped all over it and made sure we were 100% happy without arguing or anything. They did excellent work. Their initial estimate was a lot higher than my insurance company, and even though they weren't my insurance companies "preferred" supplier they worked with my adjuster without me getting involved. They went back and forth a few times, and the entire bill was covered without anymore out of pocket from me besides the deductible. Their communication is also top notch from the initial estimate to status updates on the car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. To make matters worse, he also criticized a previous estimate I had received from the same shop, saying that the original estimator "didn't know what they were doing." That level of disrespect toward both customers and coworkers was unacceptable. In the end, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs--and I'm glad I did.
