Dan and Sam have been stand-out with the depth of their answers to my questions. I appreciate that immensely as a demonstration of how much they care about the subject matter, and how much they care about ensuring I'm properly informed on what is happening. Sam and his crew were out all day yesterday dismantling the old boiler and installing the new one. They were friendly and engaged the whole time letting me observe the process. Sam called me over throughout to show me up close what had corroded in my old boiler, and to explain to me how it happened. He did the same during install of the new boiler to demonstrate all the critical aspects for maintenance--including letting me unscrew and rescrew a piece to practice for future cleaning. The new boiler is running smoothly right now. I feel like I understand its pieces. Sam even took an interest in diagnosing why my bathroom heating panel (which has never worked) wasn't heating. He cleaned out its vent and it has heat now. My cat is very happy to be warm right now. From the way Sam and his crew talked through all the aspects of the work they were doing, it was clear they take pride in the quality of the work. This wasn't just a job to get over and done with. And what's more, they did it for $2k cheaper than my competing quote. Max Heating and Cooling will be the first people I call for any plumbing projects I have going forward.

A rather complicated and sad review. I am a senior citizen. My gas heating system needed…read morereplacement after a fire in my furnace. $20,000 and I replaced it. The very next day the second heating system I had in an addition failed. I was distraught!! Net Zero gave me a great quote..several thousands less than other HVAC. What they did not tell me that they were only electric heating contractors. So after paying $12,000.00 for installation I now pay an electric bill of $1000.00 a month in the winter. They walked by a brand new gas system in my home..disengaged a second gas heating 50 feet away and installed a unit that is costing me a thousand dollars a month. Not one of the employees ...installers. or project estimators...addressed what a poor and unkind decision this was. Now I have to redo my heating system...sell my house...unable to retire . Would they do the same to their mothers..grandmothers? This is a sad and sorry company. Yes I know I'm a stupid elderly woman with no recourse from people like this. At our second call, the issue was not resolved (by Chris himself), and he had to send an employee out again the next day. Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

There was an issue with one of our services. We needed a new water heater. They put me on the schedule as early as they could and even called me a day earlier than scheduled to get me in. They busted their butts to make sure they got the part they needed from the manufacturers faster than they offered and came back right away to make it work. No delaying saying they had to wait.
