My wife and I stopped in on our way to NY for a break from driving. GPS took us right to is and there is adequate signs and parking. When we walked in, we were greeted by the man working the register. The beer list was a little heavy on IPA and heavier beer but they had an Octoberfest and an American pale ale that wasn't to high in IBUs. Both were good, especially the pale ale! They do not serve food here but you can bring it in or order delivery to there. It was pet friendly as there was a dog or two inside with some people. We got to talk to the owner and this is a family run business that they built from the ground up and are having fun doing it! My wife said they have the cleanest bathrooms she has ever seen! I wish this place was close to where I lived! I would go all the time! Definitely check this place out and try out their beer!

Invertase is one of the newest breweries in NJ. They are located in Phillipsburg, which is an old industrial town on the Delaware River in the northwestern part of the state. Invertase is a father-son operation, and I really liked that. They were very welcoming and appreciative of me stopping in. It's located in a small industrial area. They have a lot of space. However, I think it would be a little more amenable if they had a bar. Instead it's more of a pick-up counter. I found it harder to meet others that way. Their theme is the atomic theme, which reminds me of Oyster Creek Brewing in Waretown. Their beers are new, so I'm not going to be incredibly critical about them. I also just got one flight. But they should mature over time. I wish them the best in their new business!

Yea Wavelength is way better than Heineken.

Beer just keeps getting better. These guys are one of the reasons I pretty much no longer buy beer in liquor stores.

Drink responsibly. Thankfully, they offer different sizes, from tasters to pints. Great to know, especially if you love good beer - Weyerbacher has a varied selection and they're all superior. I've been chasing good Belgian beer since my trip to Belgium two years ago, but nothing stateside has ever compared. Weyerbacher is, arguably, some of the best beer in PA, if not the entire country. Yep - I said it. Their brewery location is huge, with indoor and outdoor seating. Food is BYO, and there was an onsite food truck the day we visited. On the Saturday afternoon we visited, there was a man with a guitar who was very pleasant to listen to. I'm not one for loud music, but I found his playlist and musicality added to the experience. The bartender was super kind and personable, and there is plentiful parking onsite. The space is accessible, and there is merch, beer to go, and other fun things for sale - besides the rotating 20 or so beers on tap. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Weyerbacher.

It was surprisingly empty for Saturday afternoon. Outdoor seating area would've been nice if it wasn't for the fact that the food truck compressor was running maybe 20 feet away making an abysmal noise so we sat inside. There was plenty of parking.

In truth, was always a kind of creepy, dark, wonder- what- this- is -kind -of -establishment - with only a single employee and a very high turnover. This past weekend, after calling repeatedly - (4 times) to ask if they were still open (its the kind of place you imagine will be shut down at any time) and no one answering, I made the mistake of taking a chance and walking over there. At the counter, with no one there, I dialed the phone # again - curious. The only employee, finally came over and I asked if they were still open. She clicked her nails on the counter and gave me "a look". I explained, that I had called repeatedly and no one answered - wondering if store was open. She only glared at me and then, refused to serve me, calling me rude. I have never had anyone call me rude, ever. I am a working class person, always respectful of others, regardless of race, gender, etc. When I asked if she could please, accept my apology and allow me to purchase this bottle of wine, as it was for a friend's birthday at my apartment (friends were actually waiting for me} she became even more absurd and nasty. Cleary not a stable person - my main point here. Please avoid. Worst shopping experience I have ever had!

The marinara sauce honestly I'm impressed with it it's the only reason I ate most of the calamari filled with flavor there was 1 issue with it when it came to my calamari massive tomato in it I didn't get to enjoy the sauce as much because it was so big Short rib ravioli as my main course today Honestly not impressed again. The taste comes from the sauce the short rib tastes way to mashed like I'm eating mashed potatoes not really getting any taste of the short rib part Service waiteress was nice. Also maybe it's because it's a slow day but the hostess seems to be the busser also which is unheard of..... I'm hoping this is just today tho because that's the hostess not someone that should be taking dirty dishes to the kitchen. It took about 30 minutes to get my main dish that'd be nice if I was here on a date maybe.... So I can get to know the person better but honestly way to long for the main dish I'm itching for nicotine before the main dish comes out wayyyy to long only 12 people in this restaurant and I see 2 that have there food Ambience I like that they have a window that you can look back and check out them cooking but this place is something for locals to eat at really not much more. you come here to be close with the waitresses connect with friends you meet here it's a pretty open environment I would not bring a girl on a date here nothing really private you can hear other's conversations the avg age looking around and over hearing conversations is 70s. Again could be because it's New Year's Eve but. I just spent 76$ for a meal I didn't like. That's without tip..... Conclusion: red sauce is great! not enough seasoning in the other foods I ate expensive for something that didn't fulfill my taste buds. Not a date place come here if your a local and older that's it.

We started with a classic Caesar salad, polenta fries, Anna's Italian meatballs and the fabulous fig and pig pizza. All yummy! I went for the white sangria (a little more fruit would've made me happier, but it wasn't around that long). My sister-in-laws had the house Cabernet Sauvignon and enjoyed it. We were too full for dessert but somehow made room for espresso martinis. They were pretty and tasty. I probably shouldn't have had one at 7:30 but so worth staying up late. The bar was happening, the food delicious and the service was excellent. Empty dishes disappeared within a minute, more drinks offered as soon as the glass was almost empty and all with smiles and appreciation.

Stokes is cranking out artisan coal fired pizzas, home made pastas and craft cocktails - all with smiles and enthusiasm. Each member of the staff WANTED to be there and were eager to satisfy. The pasta here was top shelf. Rich complex flavors with home made pasta cooked to the perfect al dente rivaling any of the fine Italian restaurants we've been to. We left full and with enough leftovers for a whole other meal. Our server Mason was always popping back with a big smile to top off our waters and make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't be more surprised at a college town bar. The only cons I have are parking - parking in Easton is always tough and the pricing was on the higher end. The check and food said fine Italian dining, but the ambiance was still a bar. Pop in and feel the energy, devour the amazing food and experience what it is like to drink and dine with such amazing staff.
