They take my requests for his "aesthetic" and deliver as best they can. Results are usually right on or close enough. I've never been disappointed. - They are kind, the shop has a calm to it that is really nice. - Their schedule is smart! They're open Weds-Sun - what a great option for working pet parents!! My dog was dropped off happy and healthy and was picked up with both eyes bloodshot and a vein protruding from under his eye lid. Luckily our vet was able to see him asap after the grooming. The vet believes it was from excessive trauma. My other dog looked very stressed as well. The receptionist at the groomer implied I dropped off my dog with damaged eyes which is silly. I would never. We did get a call from their HR department but have NOT heard back since. We racked up 100's of dollars in vet bills. I don't know if that same groomer is still there. A good groomer should be able to identify stressed dogs and act accordingly. My poor dogs have been super stressed since the incident. This will likely take them time to recover from.

We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. Because of them, grooming has become a much more positive experience for him and for us. I've also brought my other pets here, and every visit has been just as great. Been with Ironmaya for 3 years regularly now for my dog, Churro, and haven't really had any issues…read more They're really good at cutting your dog's fur, especially poodle fur and at getting the teddy bear cut. Takes them about 2-3 hours average for a haircut, $80 for my medium sized poodle which is a great price compared to other places (plus they don't charge extra for poodle fur). Some of their groomers cut better but overall the haircuts have been very solid with all of them. You can just text them for an appointment which I like. I would say for their pricing and skill, this is one of if not the best place to take your dog to esp if you have a poodle. I def recommend if you want your dog looking super fluffy and cute!
