I called to ask about pricing since my 7mo old BerneDoodle needed the hair around her eyes trimmed. Since I whacked them myself and totally messed up ‍ The woman on the phone was so sweet and told me to bring her in today to take a look. Once there, she trimmed her eyes and around her bum and when I pulled out my card to pay, she said "no charge" wow! I was so thankful and will definitely come back. She did such a good job.

Another 5 star rating for Ipet. Call ahead, get the appointment you want! My dog is always ready in less than 1.5 hours, but usually in an hour they call and say she's ready. So drop them off, but don't go too far!!! We never want to stress out our little lady, so we like to get her back asap. :-) She looks great. I specify the cut, and ask not to remove her ear hair (per the vet), it's on her card but I always remind. They are fast and great, and my poodle Mercedes smells pretty

I took my 2 yorkies here last week and they look amazing. Not only that, but my dogs get terrible anxiety and hate going to groomers because they're locked in crates. For the first time ever for my first yorkie who is 10, she was not locked in a crate and they started to work on her right away. And once I picked them up they weren't even in cages. They were on the floor in little play pens. 100% recommend. This was my first time here and I have tried many places and none like this. You have gained a forever client! Thank you!!

I finally found a groomer! I've been going here consistently for about a year. I had tried 3 different groomers before and couldn't find a good fit. This place hits every mark. Their prices are reasonable. They consistently do a good job. Murphy isn't at the groomers for hours, he's always done in less than two hours. Today I didn't hear my phone ring and I was about 30 minutes late picking him up... A lot of groomers will charge you for that and get mad. They were very understanding. They don't have a lot of shampoos to choose from, just one the last time I checked. I'm pretty sensitive to smells and it has a stronger scent, so I bring my own shampoo and they use that on him. Love this place, highly recommend!

Shelly and Kevin are amazing...they did every special request that I asked, by far one of the best groomers I've ever taken my boys to! So very pleased. More of a relaxed atmosphere, dogs aren't cooped up in small pens, they have loose gates set up and dogs can roam around a bit. So impressed with this groomer! A+++ read more

I've been looking for a good groomer since the groomer we went to in Claremont left. None of the other groomers in that place did as good a job. I found iPet on Yelp and thought I would give them a try, and they did not disappoint. My dog looks great! They are friendly and I like that they don't take too many dogs, so your dog is ready to be picked up in no more than a couple of hours. Great job iPet!!!This is now our go to groomer! read more

These groomers are AMAZING! They do such a great job with all my dogs. My poodles skin is very sensitive and this is the only grooming location that has been able to groom her without her getting a rash afterwards. I would definitely recommend. read more

I am extremely picky about where I get my dogs groomed, and this place exceeded my expectations. They were super nice and listened to what I wanted done. I am SO THRILLED with iPet Grooming in San Dimas! From the moment I contacted them for an appointment to the time I picked up my dog they were FANTASTIC! When I brought Parker in they were very kind and listened to my special requests for his grooming. When Parker came home he looked and felt amazing! He was very happy, so I feel confident that he was treated very well during his short time at iPet. When I say short, I mean they had him done in TWO HOURS -- considering the shape he was in after we came back from vacation that is a miracle in my book! I was brand new to this place, it was referred to me by a friend. I don't want to bash, as they did just an 'OK' job. There customer service well........there was none. As I walked out after hesitation of dropping my fur baby off I said by the way do you even want to know her name?? needless to say I don't know if the gave her something but she was up 3 times that night going potty (diarrhea). I wish I could say a better review. read more

Good service but sometimes my dog comes back with some of her fur not trimmed in certain areas and around her mouth doesn't get special attention she comes back still stained yellow from her drool. When we bath her at home it usually washes out. read more

First time visit took my dog and cat. Grooming for dog was suppose to include bath, ear cleaning, brushing and nail trimming. Seemed like Dog was only given a bath nothing else because he still had a lot of hair shedding that we had to brush when we got home BUT the absolute worse part was with our cat. They made up the fact that our cat had fleas to distract us from the real issue which was the fact that they butchered his nails on both of his back paws. When we got him home we thoroughly inspected for fleas and found nothing! What we did find was his nails had been cut but more like butchered! Looked like they applied medication to stop the bleeding. When I called the next day to complain woman that answered said "oh yes, the cat jumped and his nail got stuck on something thats why they were bleeding" when I said why didn't you tell us that when we picked him up instead of telling us the flea story she simply said oh yes sorry we should have told you that. I informed her this would be our first and last visit to their grooming she didn't seem to care. Their pricing was the cheapest in the area but honestly had we known the outcome we would have paid the higher price to protect our pets of the the outcome. Horrible experience! read more

Such a welcoming and open space for the dogs to play while they wait for their bath. Unlike other groomers my two babies didn't have to stay there for 4-5 hours. They were ready in an hour. I used iPet grooming just for simple bath. I didn't feel like dealing with the mess and time of washing two dogs. I called so many places and the prices were outrageous for just a bath, ranging from $30 to $45. Usually a full groom is $50 each for my breed of dog. So those prices didn't make sense to pay just for a bath. iPet charged $20 each and did a small clean up on their faces. Total satisfied. read more

Great cut and grooming. Detailed focused. Very nice service and love that they let your pet roam around and isn't caged up while waiting to be picked up. While grooming the girl even suggested I take her to the vet because it seemed my dog had an ear infection, mind you my dog had shown no signs, sure enough I took her and she did. Good thing they caught it early. Would definitely recommend this place read more

I love this place for my dog. They always have decent days/times when I call for an appointment, and they have been very accommodating when I had to reschedule. My dog comes back clean and beautiful, and usually with a nice little bandana. I have a larger (55 lbs) high energy dog, and that can be off putting to some. They happily take him and he seems to be fine when I drop him off which is important because he hates baths/grooming. Not here! Morty gives it four full paws. read more

I absolutely love the owners of this place. I can tell the groomers here really take their time on the grooming and I know this for a fact because every time I take my dog here she gets excited and jumps at her. They are Christians After I picked them up the first visit Time I learned they got into a little scuffle with each other, I told them I was so sorry, she said it's ok we handled it, their fine. My girls came out happy and beautiful, I found the right place. Now a couple years later my 11 year old beagle passed my Basset was so depressed for a couple months I wasn't sure what to do, I finally took her in for a groom, they treat her so sweetly When I picked her up she seems happy and calm and shinny and beautiful. I give a 10 out of 10 for this groomer, you won't be disappointed

Been with Ironmaya for 3 years regularly now for my dog, Churro, and haven't really had any issues…read more They're really good at cutting your dog's fur, especially poodle fur and at getting the teddy bear cut. Takes them about 2-3 hours average for a haircut, $80 for my medium sized poodle which is a great price compared to other places (plus they don't charge extra for poodle fur). Some of their groomers cut better but overall the haircuts have been very solid with all of them. You can just text them for an appointment which I like. I would say for their pricing and skill, this is one of if not the best place to take your dog to esp if you have a poodle. I def recommend if you want your dog looking super fluffy and cute!
