Love the food and the service! This is my second time ordering and would totally order again. Everything is very flavorful.

If you want one of the best small, family-owned Vietnamese restaurants in the Cincinnati area, iPho is where you want to be. Service is always fast and friendly, and they top that off with having a variety of noodle and rice dishes, smoothies, vietnamese coffee, and many other things! My personal favorite to get is the Bun bo Hue and Ca Phe Sua Da, but this time I got the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio and it definitely hit the spot!

Visiting from out of state, decided to stop in after reading reviews. I ordered a regular pho with steak and flank. Broth was delicious and generous steak portions. Service was fast, recommend if your around the area!

I have to say that I am going to give this establishment four stars out of five. I've been to three Vietnamese restaurants so far in Cincinnati and iPho's pho is the best tasting for me. I'm not saying it's the best Vietnamese food in the world, especially since I'm originally coming from Southern California where there's a huge population of Vietnamese and Vietnamese restaurants. But for Cincinnati, their pho is actually very good. Even my husband finished my broth for me after I ate everything else lol. My husband ordered the broken rice with marinated beef with lemon grass and that was pretty good. Their fish sauce is better than the other restaurants I've been to as well so that's a plus. It's a nice quaint little restaurant, it reminds me of home because it's just very homely. I find a lot of the Asian establishments here kind of up their decor for more of the demographic population (aka trendier and fancier). Lastly we ordered their avocado smoothie and that was good too! Perfect amount of sweetness and their boba had really nice texture. Also their service was really good. I would definitely come back here.

I had the Bún bò Huế and it tasted incredible, it was spicy and flavorful! The service was also spectacular!

I had the S4 Bun Cha Gio. The Vermicelli rice noodles were thicker & softer than I'm accustomed to but it was still a tasty dish. The restaurant is not too far off I-71 North Exit 19 Mason Montgomery Rd. It's located in a shopping strip in a safe area with free parking.

The food here was delicious! Very fresh, flavorful ingredients. Prices are great and the portions are large. Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. It's amazing. The pho broth was tasty and I could tell it was homemade. The staff is great too! Very nice and helpful and we're appreciative we ate there. Highly recommend eating here for authentic Vietnamese food!

Bun - grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll

While we were vacationing in northern Cincy, I asked my friend if there were any good Asian eats in the area, and he had heard iPho was decent. Our families met up and we decided to give it a shot. Overall it was a decent place for Vietnamese food. Pho and Bun all had good flavors. Wished the egg rolls came with lettuce, and pickled carrots and radishes to wrap in. They did offer Hanh dam, which was nice. The only thing I couldn't come to grips with is the pricing. It was quite pricy for my take for pho and bun. Other than that, iPho is a good place for some decent Vietnamese food.

Ambiance wise it is plain and simple, so either you eat there quickly or take it to go which is what I did. This is the perfect place to stop in after a Costco trip nearby on my way home. It was a nice surprise to find this place and you get a decent portion (even though I ordered the smaller portion). I only wished the noodles were more al dente and I could taste a little bit of the chlorine in the water. I bet if they filtered their water that problem would be solved. I will try it again to go.

Pork and shrimp fried egg rolls

This place was great. I got a brisket and beef ball phó, fried tofu with sweet chili sauce, and fried egg rolls. The broth on the phó was a nice fatty beef broth unseasoned. I love it that way. The best phó is the one you season up yourself. They had fish sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, hoisin sauce, salt, and pepper. The beef balls were great, the steak was cooked perfect. The fried tofu was a little big, but cut in half gave you a great appetizer. The fried egg rolls were nice. I liked that they added shrimp to the pork in the egg roll. It had a great flavor. I the price for two appetizers and a large phó, just over $20. I recommend, and would go again.

    Vegetarian Noodles

At iPho they have mostly authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It has usual stuff like pho. They also have lots of noodles and sandwiches. It's not exactly a fun atmosphere. They could use some livening up. I had the vegetarian noodles. It's about $11 for the lunch portion. This is kind of much for noodles, but they did add lots of items on top. It came with many large pieces of tofu, which were crispy without tasting burnt. There were also a good variety of vegetables including broccoli, mushrooms, and onions. It's not the best Vietnamese food by any means. It's still better than anything from a fast casual Asian place. Takeout is a good option if you aren't into sparsely decorated restaurants.

Terrible. Ordered the bun bo nuong. The meat tasted like burnt shoe leather. Inedible. Worst Vietnamese food I've ever had.

The Pho was very good and very nice staff. I would definitely go back but we live a little far so it won't be as soon as I would like.

All seats at the bar were open, but we hoped to sit at a regular (not high-top) table. As it turned out there were a few options in the back. That said, it wasn't long before the place was packed. Our server Tyra was fantastic. Down to earth and helpful with recommendations. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. We started with Jumbo Ebi Shumai. Tyra asked if we wanted a fourth (the dish comes with three) so we wouldn't have to rock-paper-scissors for the third dumpling. I thought they were delicious. I loved the spicy mustard that came with them. I admit they had a slight fishy flavor. I mean it was shrimp and I enjoyed it. Mark is less of a fish fan in general. The dumplings didn't really hit the mark for him. If you like seafood and you like shrimp you should enjoy the Shumai. I opted for Tonkatsu Ramen - Ramen and thick creamy pork broth with roast pork, soft boiled egg, bamboo, wood ear mushroom, ginger and green onion. I added black garlic oil and did not go spicy at all. I thought it was very good and I ate literally every drop. Mark had Spicy Miso Ramen - Ramen and spicy creamy soybean paste pork broth with roast pork, soft boiled egg, bamboo, wood ear mushroom, and green onion. He said it was spicy, which was perfect for him. He also enjoyed his meal and finished every drop. We still had time to kill before the show so we opted for dessert. There were two options - Green Tea or Red Bean Ice Creams. Tyra recommended Red Bean and I'm glad she did. It was sweet with just the slightest crunch from the beans. It was a good size serving, hand dipped by Tyra. The proximity of Zundo to Memorial Hall or Music Hall makes it the perfect pre-show stop for dinner. We will definitely be back.
