Took my 3rd Gen iPad to have the screen replaced. My son broke the bottom of the screen. Giving four stars bc he took two weeks to get my iPad working. The first glass he used was causing issues with touch. So had to wait an additional week for him to order glass from a different distributor. Overall happy with the repair iPad works fine. read more

the place is located in a very congested area, i think it was some sort of apartment/ housing complex that they converted to business offices? any who, i have 3 little kids each with their own ipad, ages 3,5 and 8. of course you are going to get a cracked screen now and then. I went in on a day when the office was closed so I called and he said i could slide the ipad mini under the door. no problem. the owner is the sole employee so he does all the work himself and answers all callls etc. he quoted $99 to fix the screen and it was done in about 2 days. perfect. when you go there he is located in the 300 bldg upstairs. there is a 1 yr warranty on the screen, not for cracks just for glitches or similar electrical failure related to the screen. nice. anyways to the owner: Fa'a fetai tele lava. read more

I usually go to the mall to get my screen fixed. With 2 little ones That break my iPhone screen about once every 3 months. Yes I always have a screen protector on. But I always spend money at the mall, so I decided to go to IPhone repair pros. I called and made an appointment. They were timely and the price was the same as what I pay at the mall. Jerus was awesome. I was in and out in thirty minutes. My screen was #%@ked because I ran over it twice. I got the screen replaced,lcd, and he went through my audio and charging port and cleared them out at no additional. Ok so first of all, I drop my phone A LOT!The screen had broken once and so I went on craigslist and looked up iphone repairs.Just a tip, don't ever do that!Seriously, my phone had dangling and missing screws once the guy I went to was "done".I didn't get warranty and the parts were obviously not real.I mean, he replaced the screen and it worked but never again.So,one morning (a few months after my whole craiglist iphone repair fail) my phone fell off my bed (I have a top bunk) and nothing happened which was really surprising.Then it fell out of my pocket later that day and this time, it went black, no picture or anything.I freaked out!I came on yelp and looked for repair places.This time, I was looking for a professional who would do clean, proper repairs.I found just that!iPhonePros not only had great reviews but was really close to campus which was convenient.I called to get a quote.He told me the price, explained how the parts were all authentic and how there was warranty on the repairs.I was sold! I've been to iPhone repair shops that take your phone in the back and leave you guessing what you're really paying for. But Jerus took the time to explain to me how he knows that my phone in fact wasn't water-damaged, but just needed a new battery. The new battery installation was only $50. As part of being a good business and also offering transparency to your customers. It's more of a respect thing letting your customers know that they can trust you and that you have no hidden charges or fees. They do not specify That when a person reads their ad for screen replacement the only thing they replace is literally the glass. So they surprise you with having to replace the LCD which from what I know always comes included or is a kit or assembly....may I say overall they did a great job but honesty and not waste customers time is priceless having to read between the lines is a joke and waste of people's valuable time. Being flat out straightforward can save a lot of time and running around. I hope they have the decency and change this and very soon as consumers In need of a hand we shouldn't have to encounter surprises or miss information . I paid $100+ for a IPhone 6 screen repair at this location only to find out that the replacement screen was NOT a real Apple product. I found this out when I went to the Apple store after my phone screen cracked again, and the Genius Bar technician told me that whoever fixed the screen previously had put a third party screen. I had doubts when I first got it fixed from Iphone Repair Pros because the display and quality on the screen didn't seem like before, but I never really paid much attention to it. The display and brightness seemed off when I would tilt the phone. The Genius Bar employee at Apple compared his IPhone screen display and picture quality to mine and there was a HUGE difference, I felt disappointed that I spent so much money on something bogus. I ended up getting it replaced at the Apple store and right away I noticed that the screen was clearer than the fake screen that was on before. I paid $129 at the Apple store for a LEGIT screen, only about 25$ more of what I paid at IPhone repair pros for a fake product. I had high hopes for this iPhone repair shop, but I recommend checking out an Apple store if you want to spend your money on a true product that will cause you no issues. read more

Dropped my iPhone 5s and the screen was shattered! Tiny pieces of glass were falling out, I could feel the pieces when I would swipe my screen. They repaired the screen and they used the real Apple screen, so it works the same As the original. Sensitivity and everything is perfect. They were quick, I was in and out in 30 minutes. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! This iPhone 'Repair' establishment is terrible. I sent my iPhone here for a screen and speaker repair. In his attempt to fix the phone, Jerus broke a link to the motherboard. Although he paid to send it to a different location for repair, he said it would take one week. After three weeks, he finally returned the phone to me but still charged full price for the original repair. And now the touch ID does not work. Jerus told me it was my fault because the phone had water damage. But, he had previously admitted that he had noticed the indicators of water damage, so that was just a weak attempt to deflect the blame away from himself. He offered to send the phone away again to have the touch ID repaired, but that would take at least 2 weeks. So it would take at least 5 weeks to get my phone back as it was originally promised, and at full price. Don't let this happen to you!!!! read more

I have been a customer of iPhone Pros in Riverside's Canyon Crest Town Center, for 3 or 4 years due to multiple unfortunate phone drops with tragically cracked screens, bent charging jacks, dead batteries, clogged microphones and multiple other woes on 3 or 4 different phones. I have also referred numerous others from UCR to iPhone Pros. Always fixed right, on time, every time and with reasonable charges. Just now I brought in a problem phone and the problem was diagnosed, with a repair solution, at no charge. This is a very useful service in the UCR area for which I am very grateful. This is a real review, done by a real customer, with real iPhone problems. I do not personally know the proprietor, but it's clear he knows what he is doing, is highly skilled and totally honest. This is a tried and true operation. It's best not to drop your phone in the first place, but if you do, iPhone Pros will probably be able to save you, as they did me.Try it yourself. I think you'll walk out the door happy that you're not dropping hundreds unnecessarily on a new phone. read more

DON'T GO TO IPHONE REPAIR PROS! Worse decision you can make! At first this guy Jerus SEEMS to be nice but don't let that fool you. Yeah he's located in a really nice part of Riverside in a nice shopping center, but he's located in what used to be a CLOSET! If you go there take a look and you will see EXACTLY what I mean. Anyway, took my IPad to get the screen replaced. Said for $99 he could do it. It's really close to my home and I THOUGHT it was an office until I got there and saw the closet/office but I still was foolish and gave him a chance and my money. He looked at it said no problem and would be done the next day. Next day I come in and he says it's fixed so I take it. I'm not an expert and I didn't stand there examining it and took it downstairs to my car....within the time it took to turn it on the screen that he "fixed" was coming OFF the IPad! When I went back upstairs he was gone. Came back another day and again he said he would "fix it" At this point i'm stuck because I already paid him and oh yeah did I mention he told me CASH ONLY...hmmmm....a giant red flag should have gone off then! He tells me then that to "really" fix it I need to buy a backing from him that normally he charges $100, but for me he'll do $50...r u kidding me! I end up leaving it without him adding an extra back, come back ANOTHER DAY....take it, go to Starbucks around the corner, turn it on and touch the corner of it and it CRACKS! I go back and the guy has the nerve to accuse me of dropping it! I point out to him that he can see there are NO marks from me "dropping" it. What a jerk! At this point I tell him I want a refund. No longer is there any smile but a nasty NO. I remind him that I will have had it "repaired" THREE TIMES NOW! Again, "NO". I took this to WEWANTTOFIX in Riverside off of Pierce and meet a really nice guy who for just a few bucks more does a GREAT JOB! He opens it up in front of me and tells me that who ever TRIED to fix this does not know what he is doing and that i'm lucky that it still works! Jerus had left his grubby fat fingerprints on the INSIDE of the screen, never wiped it down, left crumbs (probably from his snacking) and no joke a part from an Iphone! The camera now has a permanent smudge inside, it will still work but Jerus did this to it. He also reused the tape and had just pushed down parts inside in the IPAD not even where they belong! He didn't use good adhesive...so for ALL of the above that's why my IPad kept on opening up and cracking. WEWANTTOFIX is worth the drive from where i'm at in Riverside. It's in Riverside too in the Riverwalk area, nice building, receptionist, very professional...NOT in a CLOSET...and oh yeah they take credit cards....not cash only like Iphone Repair Pros does so that they can try and screw you over when Jerus doesn't know what he's doing! At WEWANTTOFIX he's got a nice office, big and professional with extra clean pads to do the work on...not Jerus...he's been trained for many years...not Jerus...on Jerus' site it says he went for several days to a friend...ohhh wow...Don't waste your time your money and RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS as fast as you can....if you just throw your money down the drain you will have the same result, lost money and still have a broken item!
