They respond really quickly to calls/texts, they are super knowledgeable and good in their repairs (and have figured things that other repair places had gotten wrong), their service is quick, they answer questions about the phone really clearly, and they are very accommodating (for example, they will do extra little fixes on the phone for no cost - like when my mute button wasn't working - and they are willing to meet me down the stairs and outside of the building so I can avoid going into the building in this period). Jerus is very nice and helpful. I went there because my speaker on my iPhone 6+ was very low and I couldn't hear it very well and wanted to replace it. When I first got there, there was a lady that had battery problems with her iPhone. Instead of charging her for a new battery and taking the money he told her that Apple would fix it for free because they had an ongoing issue with that phone. So then he looked at my phone and with one glance he started to brush off the speaker and clean it. A song was playing so it got louder and louder as he cleaned it. The point is instead of charging me for a new speaker and getting money for it he decided to try and clean it to see if that worked which it did. With running a business, customer service is everything. Quality over quantity. I was a returning customer. The second time around, Jerus gave us a screen that wasn't working properly (for an iPhone 5). But I did not pay anything that day because he kept my iPhone 6 (broke as well). He said he would replace it, no problem, but I wanted to pay for my iPhone 6. Long story short, I thought I forgot the iPhone 5 back at home, but my partner actually had it. Jerus knew we had been driving for 2 hours to get to him and pay for the iPhone 6. He said no deal would be done because he needed the iPhone 5 screen. I was not going home without my iPhone 6. I guess he thought I was going to steal his iPhone 5 screen? Which makes no sense because it wasn't working. I have video proof if he says I was lying about it not working. This man disrespected my partner calling both him and I liars to our faces. Then he threatened us telling us he will post the conversation between us online if we posted a bad review. We paid him for labor. I truly came not knowing my iPhone 5 was with my partner, so having left with two unfixed phones (WITH NO SCREENS) was not what I drove two hours for. I will take my money somewhere else. I trusted Jerus with all my cracked phones, if I go somewhere else and I find that the phone does not work at all, then I know who to blame. I was very impressed in the attention to detail this guy had while working on my phone. I have had my phone fixed one other time and was charge 100$ and he didn't do half of what this guy did. The was the happy ending to the stressful situation of my phone's charge continually running low and then completely going out for 10 hours before turning on again. It is ok, but always seems to need a return visit to get whatever it is working because whatever part they used was no good. Parts seem to work for awhile (longest for me was around 10 months), but def not as good as original. This place is great! My microphone went out on me and I brought it here for repair. He replaced the mic and a couple months later it was having problems again. Originally he gave me a 30 day warranty and even though it was past the 30 days he still offered to replace it. Upon opening my phone he found that there was actually a tear in the cable that connects the screen. This wasn't his issue but he offered to replace the screen for me. He didn't charge me the labor and gave me the screen for half price. This is true customer service at its best! If you need anything fixed on your phone definitely bring it here.
