This place is a laughable excuse for a body shop. Let me list some of the things that went on during the 31 days it took them to fix a small crack in my bumper!!!! no particular order: - Our estimator Yomerys Lora went weeks without answering emails. - Yomerys answered her phone roughly 5% of the time during business hours and literally never returned a voicemail. - I had to resort to calling other department and estimators and asking them to put her on the phone. - They closed for COVID cleaning for 5 days and didn't notify me. - Straight up lied about the progress of my vehicle, one person said it had been painted and ready to cleaned, the next week someone else said it still had to be painted. - 0 communication the whole time, and no compensation offered despite holding my car hostage for a MONTH with no estimated timeline of completion. God forbid it was a serious repair, I might not see my car until 2022, and I'm not exaggerating! I used to work at IRA Subaru and shared a work space with the auto body shop so I'm not surprised by the lack of professionalism, but this experience took it to a WHOLE NEW LOW. Tl:dr - These guys are a bunch of crooks, they'll spout whatever BS they can to get you off the phone so they can go home and neglect your car repair for another week. As for Yomerys, take some pride and give a little bit of effort in your job. You can't blame COVID for all your shortcomings and pathetic lack of communication skills. There are plenty of other places to get your car fixed. Take someone who has seen it from the inside as an employee and now as a customer. DON'T waste your time with IRA collision.

One of the 5 pictures I sent from the dent the collision center put on my vehicle.

This owner definitely could care less about his clientele, I reviewed this business and he responded within 2 days talking about how he would reach out, that was August 16th, now it's nearly 4 months later and I've still had yet to get a phone call, email, text message, or anything from these people, there's no quality control here and it's so painfully obvious. What a complete disgrace to Toyota to have the audacity to bear their name in your business.

Do not come here they spent 2 days on my car after keeping it for 2 months ...car came back with pieces missing and plastics falling off , now waiting another month+ to have it fixed lol .all for a minor fender bender 7000$ later not including a rental for that time .. take it to a local auto body there's no way you can justify this place & it's a rip off

I'm updating my review to reflect the full experience with Pete's Garage…read more My car was towed in for a stuck gear shift. After nearly a week before it was inspected, my mom--who was in contact with Scott throughout--was told the shifter cable was BROKEN and quoted $600 for the repair, plus about $200 for the new part, taxes, an oil change, and other related expenses, bringing the total estimate to around $800. At no point was debris mentioned. We got a second opinion at a garage on High Street in Danvers. They inspected the car the next day and said they performed a thorough assessment. They found nothing wrong with the shifter cable. Instead, they found a large walnut lodged against the cable, along with other debris, preventing it from shifting. After cleaning it out and completing the oil change, the car worked perfectly. Total cost: $50. AFTER this review was posted, Eric contacted us and said the shifter cable had come out of position and might eventually break--information that was NOT shared during the original diagnosis or almost week of communication my mom had with Scott. Being quoted close to $800 for a repair that ultimately wasn't necessary, and only receiving a fuller explanation AFTER speaking out publicly, raises serious concerns for us about the thoroughness and reliability of the initial assessment

I replaced the bumper with an OEM part and decided to give High Street Garage a try as Eric down at Pete's Garage has spoken highly of them when I have asked about Inspections in the past. I drove down there and saw an older man with white hair in the open inspection bay. I walked up, said hi and asked if they were doing inspections. He must have seen me drive in with the "R" sticker. He immediately started in on me saying he would not inspect the vehicle and I should go back to where it was initially inspected. I just asked why he wouldn't do the inspection and he just got louder and said "if I didn't repair it, I won't re inspect it." It was an OEM bumper for christ sakes, and it took me all of 2 hours to remove and replace. This was the first time I have had a vehicle rejected so I was not aware of the need to go back to the original inspection station. I would have thought that since these are State Inspections, the process would be uniform across all service stations. It looked to me like he was having a bad Monday and decided to give a bit of that attitude to me. I'll cross this station off my list. Not the way to treat a person or a potential customer.

In brief the staff have no common sense whatsoever, no coordination, or communication, they are careless and zero customer service attitude. You guys have been reminding me for weeks by emails for my 1st oil change for the Brand-New Rav 4 that I just bought last Nov. I show up on time, and as soon as I enter the service Bay - an older man comes and rudely says: yes - what can I do for you? -or how can I help you? I wanted to say Large Cheese Pizza with Salami and extra Cheese!!! I Told him I have an apt.! He asked me if I have to see any particular service advisor. i said yes: it is T. Chase.. The older man sounded like he did not even know who Chase is or if he even works there!! Finally, Chase showed up - and had no idea that I had a service appointment that was booked weeks ago!! I got out of the car and told him - i will be in the waiting area and asked him to keep me posted (Informed) -he says sure i will come & find you. 3 hours later I get a phone call from Chase asking me to come to his desk # 6 .. car is ready & I need to sign & collect some paperwork- I had no idea where desk # 6 is!! I said. where is your desk ??? He realized that he should come to the waiting area and find me as we both agreed - I was like ..WTF - I Collected my key and left so aggravated - This is the same poor service i had back in Nov when I purchased the car where the financial guy lost the Title of the car that I traded in and started harassing me with phone calls demanding me to come down to sign some forms ..etc At that time I was so angry that I left a bad 1 star review, but I deleted it after the big Boss or someone from Finance called me and promised better service with some respect. - I gave this place another chance - But it seems that the entire staff need some CS training -
