PCS HQ provides EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!!! I walked in to PCS HQ today and they fixed my phone on the spot. I came in with my iPhone SE which stopped charging all together the day before. I had issues charging my phone for the past couple of weeks where sometimes the phone would not charge after being plugged in all night or I'd have to jiggle the lightning cable to get it to connect--until yesterday it would charge no more. I tried a few internet solutions, blowing air into the charging port, using a soft bristle tooth brush to try and clean it. Fortunately, I didn't get to the internet solution of taking it to Apple to reset my phone. Instead I went to PCS HQ. There was no one waiting at the moment so they took my phone right away and carefully used a dental pick to gently remove dust balls from the charging port. They plugged a lightning cable into my phone to confirm it would charge then handed it back to me. No estimates, no negotiating, just plain old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE! They said they perform this service maybe 40 times a month for people. They are professional, they are pleasant and they do what's right for their customers. They replaced the screen on my Galaxy S8+ fast even allowed me to watch what they were doing. Screen broke on an IPhone 6. I had iCracked mobile come to fix it and my screen worked until it was pressed back into the frame. Then it would lose picture and go black. They recommended that I replace the phone saying it was a problem with my molex connector. That cost $500... So I went to PCS and Charlie was able to quickly identify that the part they had used was low quality and after placing an OEM screen in my phone, it was up and running smoothly again. Buyer beware, I called ahead of time for quote to repair an iPhone 6s and was quoted $89, I sent my teenage daughter to repair her phone and they totally took advantage of her being young and charged her an additional $40 for labor on top of everything. Once I realized what happened I called him and asked for a quote again and got the $89 and I asked specifically if it included labor and they said all inclusive. Confronted them with the issue and just mumbled it and did not offer any remedy. They were happy they cheated a young person paying out of her allowance. They should be ashamed To the owner's credit he did reach out to me to explain the extra charges, and the reason behind them. My complaint was not about the money and I really don't have time to stop at the store to get an explanation. I understand that they adjusted their quote process to be less confusing. Many Many great things to say about this wonderful Family owned store. I have used PCS HQ almost a dozen times now. We have seven phones on our plan and with dropping phones between myself and my kids, well, we have needed their services several times. My son broke his phone in Idaho two weeks ago and I just don't trust anyone ... I had him bring the phone with him while he came for Thanksgiving and the store didn't have the part to fix the phone. They took my number, and they located the part, picked up the part, called me, and we brought the phone in and they fixed it very fast. I mostly have worked with Jason, the son of the owner, Charlie. Charlie Hyun at PCS was extremely helpful in retrieving important data from an Android that needed the LCD replaced. I was unable to transfer the notes or photos to my new IPhone because the Android screen was completely unusable after I dropped it. Charlie helped me out by temporarily plugging in an LCD into my broken Android so that I could collect my important notes. Since I did not backup anything into iCloud, Charlie's solution was extremely cost effective and his experience was most helpful. His knowledge of the mobile communications industry and history of all devices is exceptional. And, I learned my lesson on the importance of backups! I came in with my best friend the other day for a shattered phone screen, and within 10 minutes we were being helped out by Charlie! Not only is this man quick witted and nice to chat with, he explained everything he was doing to my friends phone. He explained what the different parts were, why he was doing the things he was, and pointed out that not a lot of phone repair places will do their work in front of you like they do. An unexpected benefit! He then introduced the "temper glass", and how it protects your phone screen from shattering again.
