I have a very hard time trusting anyone other than Apple or Sprint to repair my phone. However, PCS did a fantastic job. I walked in at 5:30 (they close at 6) and Charlie immediately assisted me and fixed my phone right in front of me. As soon as it was finished I mentioned the Yelp check-in for a free screen protector and because they were out of iphone 6 screen protectors, Charlie gave me a free tempered glass screen protector (which usually costs $20 there). I was out by 6:00pm with a fixed phone in hand. So quick and easy! I would definitely recommend PCS to others. read more

I cracked the screen on my Apple SE. Charlie quoted me a very competitive price to repair the cracked screen on my Apple SE. He fixed it right there on the spot, as I watched. Everyone should come to this place for any phone problems. Great service and meticulous workmanship. Francisco did great job. While my phone was being worked on, owner came to make sure everything was satisfactory. I had the best experience at this store. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, honest and reassuring with me. I needed him to be all of those things since I was a wreck over the fact that I had dropped my phone into a toilet. Fortunately, it was a clean toilet, but my phone was sopping wet and had stopped working. My ability to connect with the world is tied to that phone; I was desperate to get it fixed. Though my phone was beyond repair, Charlie found an inexpensive phone for me and was able to transfer all of my information, contacts, photos, etc to it! Cracked my iPhone screen in a life proof case & saw this place on my way to the icrack repair shop I've been to before. I'm so glad I stopped by because it was far cheaper and quicker. Charlie helped me and was amazing. They fixed the phone in under 20 minutes right in front of you. He explained everything to my sister and I in detail and showed me how the equipment they use is much better than the other the icrack repair shop. We went to fix my girlfriend's iPhone screen. As soon as we walked in we were greeted politely. After we explained why we were there the owner began to fix the phone right away. After he took off the cracked screen and put the new one on, he did a check to make sure every single letter on the keyboard was working properly, he called my girlfriend's phone with his office phone to make sure he could hear and speak to and from my gf's phone, made sure the phone charged, and checked the volume buttons to make sure it worked. We asked to have the tempered glass screen protector put on and he did it flawlessly. After he showed us a video that he personally made on why tempered glass is good to have. He never tried to up sell us on anything and did a perfect job on installing the screen and screen protector! Definitely going back if I need to! read more

This place is amazing. I dropped my phone and it shattered and the inside of the phone was glitching and half of the screen was black. I went in and watched them fix it right in front of me within less than 30 minutes. The workers are very nice and helpful and even gave me a free screen protector. They also included life time warranty! I have been to many places to fix my phone and none of them compare, especially Nexcell phone repair which is right down the street. They lied about he quality of screen they were giving me and overcharged me. I definitely recommend this place for any and all of your phone troubles. read more

I am very pleased with this business and the customer service they provided me. I came in with a dead cell IPHONE . In about 2 mins Charlie had cracked the case open in front of my eyes and showed me the problem. Water inside the phone. He then told me exactly what the process was for clearing up the water and damage. It is a three step process to clear out all the water and they even put it in a solution to remove any oxidation which already started from what he showed me. It is an over nite process with a high probability (85%) success rate. The next morning Charlie called me with the good news that the phone was fully functional and no data or pictures were lost! I can see why this place is rated #1. Great prices, superb workmanship and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this place if you have no time to sit at an Apple store and pay their high prices. read more

I started searching Yelp and found Bubble Screen in Anaheim, which happened to be close to his home. I gave them a call and spoke with Johnny, who gave me a fair and affordable quote over the phone. I sent my stepdad over, and Johnny was not only able to quickly diagnose the issue, but he also provided a temporary fix at no charge while waiting for the replacement part to arrive (expected Tuesday). The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place if you need honest, fast, and friendly phone repair.

I've been hesitant to write this post, however i was very disappointed by the treatment I received from this place. Initially, I called to get directions, and the person who picked up the phone was pretty rude yet, disregarding the call, I still went in out of desperation to the store. I went in to get my iphone fixed and the owner disregarded me. and eventually called onto Jason Jason was very courteous to me and helped me. On the flip side, Charlie was really rude and was tempered. It really seemed like he did not want to help me and all he did was yell and to me it seemed like he was refusing to provide assistance. I went here after reading the yelp reviews, and definitely I was disappointed and it was not friendly at all. Jason's service of fixing my iphone within 20 minutes is the only reason why I am offering a 2/5 stars. However, if I had a choice I would not return back to this place and I would not recommend this place to my friends. I was ready to get out of there once the Iphone was fixed. read more

I'm not typically a reviewer, but this store has been such a disappointment in terms of fixing my electronics. About two years ago, I came in to fix my broken screen on my laptop. After a couple of hours, they gave me a call saying they couldn't find the parts to it. I said fine and moved on to a different store and got it completely fixed. I wanted to give them a second shot; so a couple of weeks ago, I came in with my phone hoping they would fix my charging port. The guy told me there was water damage and after three tries of putting on different charging ports, the phone still wouldnt charge. My phone worked before I gave it to them since I always took out the battery and charged it through an external port. Now, my phone won't even get passed the logo screen. On top of that, there was a diagnostic fee of 25 dollars. So basically, I paid this place 25 dollars to ruin my phone even more. Thank you so much. I'm never coming back again. read more

NO CONTRACT - NOT TRUE ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) Metro PCS claims NO Contract - this is not true. According to their special services dept. no contract means they will not go after the consumer for unpaid bills which is absurd since the "no contract" is always on a prepaid service. Yes, you are on a contract since e. g. if your month end date is on the 20th and you opt out to not use the phone for say one month, the next month that you plan on using the phone you'll have to pay for the month you didn't use it in order to have service. Of course Metro PCS will not come after you for the one month payment since they did not provide any service. So, forget about all the TV and billboard ads. that say no contract. What an awesome place!! I brought in my wife's Samsung Galaxy Edge to have a broken charging port repaired. It turned out that the port was part of an assembly tied in with many components one of which damaged the screen. After determining there was more than one problem, PCS not only replaced the entire charging port assembly but replaced the screen as well, honoring the original quote and footing the bill for a bran new screen out of their pocket! Now THAT'S keeping your customer satisfied! Charlie and the staff were awesome. I was devastated when I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen shattered! I immediately looked for cell phone repair shops near Brea area and came upon PCS so I decided to give it a try because of their excellent reviews. You will not regret it! I went there pretty early so luckily I was able to wait for my phone to get fixed. Service was amazing and Charlie did a fantastic job with replacing my Galaxy S3 cover, it looks like a brand new phone! My boyfriend and I went to this place for him to get his screen fixed on his Iphone. Compared to other places the price was very reasonable, and it only took them a short time to fix it. I ended up walking out of there with a flawless used (seller refirbished) iphone for myself. They also set my phone up for me since i am a T-Mobile user and couldn't do it myself. Because of they're great customer service and good prices not only did we get our phones, but each of us got a case, he got headphones, a charger, screen protectors (they applied, thankfully) and a couple other gadgits. These guys were GREAT! My iphone front screen was cracked and missing chunks out of it, and my power button was jammed. They fixed it right up and made it look beautiful and brand new, I also bought a new case from them..WHICH they gave me a great price. These guys are super friendly and really made me and my friend laugh. I will for sure go back for all my repairs. Don't bother spending your money on an extended warranty from your cell phone company with a deductable of $200 or more. Save your money and take it to Charlie if you damage it. I took him my grandson's Pantech that had been completely submerged in water. Everything inside was tremendously corroded and the phone would not work at all. I left it with Charlie on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday night he had it working perfectly. If your phone can be fixed, he can do it- and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended! read more

I went to PCS HQ for service because my iPhone was stuck with iTune screen and could not be rebooted. Jason restored my iPhone in less than 30 min. Their service charges are very reasonable, and technicians are courteous. This is the second time I went there for service, last time was there to replace a broken iPad screen, In both time I am very satisfied with their fast service. Staff is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about the level of customer service. They replaced my iPhone 4s screen quickly and for a very fair price. Also, my phone had been lagging considerably as of late, and they were able to figure out and fix the problem. Very good service. I dropped my phone and it no longer displayed anything on the screen. The entire process was only 30 minutes at the maximum, including all the questions that I had. Knowledgeable staff answered everything that I could think of and I was offered a couple options on how to fix my phone. Charlie at PCS HQ is so very helpful. And, I couldn't believe that his prices were as good and in most cases better than most other cell phones retailers. He really came through in a clutch. My friend dropped his $600 A phone and shattered the screen. Charlie took one look and said "leave it with me one day" and for a very reasonable price he had it repaired. The owner Charlie was great, he responded to my quote request so fast and it was very detailed. I cracked my Samsung s7 edge screen. I went in as a walk in on a Saturday and Charlie fixed my screen in front of me and told me what he was doing. It was a cool process to watch, you never get to see the inside of your phone. Broke the screen on my iPad. Jason and his team were great repairing it. I also upgrade screen cover to tempered glass after their thorough demonstration. Told me the process and expected time. Took iPad in to get battery replaced. Called back saying that after replacing battery it keeps restarting and that they couldn't fix it. They basically broke the iPad. Took it to another place and they determined that when PCSHQ took out the battery they weren't careful and ripped one of the pins out of the board. Never again will I come here. read more

Fast on the spot repair right in front of you. They explain what's going on in a very professional manner. After my battery installation I had an issue with the speaker that could have been cause by the battery I brought to the store, yet they changed the bad speaker and didn't charge me.
