Jason is amazing and so professional, honest, etc. I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement and he was able to look up a setting on the phone and confirm that the battery still had good capacity and didn't need replacement at this time. He could have easily just replaced the battery and collected the money, but he is so honest and "did the right thing" which definitely is so admirable in today's business world. I walked into this tiny business and was treated totally rudely, as if I was a nuisance because he had an affluent-looking customer there with a computer tower he was asking her about. (Couldn't have been treated worse.) The worker, Jason, kept apologizing to that customer over my having walked in (as if... ). He told me it'd take 2 weeks to fix and to go to Target instead to have it fixed! (He said their electronics employees fix phones and why would I want to bother with going to him????! - Of course, I said, my phone got run over by a bus, so I needed someone whose expertise is cell phone repair! He couldn't have cared less.) He even lied to me saying it'd be faster if I took it to his La Verne/Claremont location. Then, when pressed, clarified that it WOULDN'T be faster! And I found out that THAT LOCATION'S CLOSED DURING QUARANTINE, so he was intentionally wasting my time trying to get me to go there knowing it was closed! (What a jerk!!!!) His estimate to fix cracked screen and LCD was $85-120 and 2 weeks to order parts he didn't have, but I won't go back. (No one should ever go here!!!!!) PS- Update: "Jerry G., the owner, lied on his comment. - He wasn't even there., and if the owner's willing to LIE here publicly, not only does that speak volumes about his lack of ethics but shows he just defamed me (a crime) and is willing to do so to your face, as a reviewer and as a customer!!! read more
