I went to have my cracked screen fixed on my Samsung phone. I went in and put a deposit down for them to order a screen. I ordered the more expensive screen for fingerprint, they said they would call when it came in...... No call. When I went in and found out its in, he told me the fingerprint probably won't work, too late to change my mind. When I got the phone back, fingerprint didn't work and realized later that the speaker no longer worked, I took it back. He fixed it again, but now the speaker vibrates... it sounds like it is loose. I don't have the energy or faith in their workmanship to bring it back. I was not please with their workmanship or their honesty when ordering the more expensive screen. read more

DO NOT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE!!! I just had a horrible experience getting my cracked screen replaced. I came in with a cracked iPhone XS screen, upon being suggested to choose the $150 screen which "has no different" from the original, quoting the staff. It was nothing like the original. I came back the second time, the staff explained to me that the $150 was shit and I need to pay an extra $70 if I want the screen to function the same. I paid with no questions asked. While thinking I have paid my trouble away, few weeks later a bright strip appears on my screen. It's so bright and half of the screen is effected by it. Upon my arrival at the shop, the staff and boss accuse me of dropping / stacking my phone under something heavy so it cracked the LED screen inside. Now I take good care of my phone, protective case and everything. I have not done the above bad there are no physical crack on the replaced screen. One day I switched on my iPad and discovered the LCD screen was damaged. The retina display was completely ruined. The color was corrupted and distorted all over the screen. It was impossible to get it fixed during the early months of the COVID pandemic. I'm glad that I waited because I found iRepair via my Yelp search. This repair shop is located in a small plaza off Yorba Linda. I took the short drive out to Placentia after I received a phone estimate. I stopped by here on a Saturday afternoon and my iPad was ready for pickup the following day. The tech was knowledgeable and did a great job on the repair. The price was as quoted via phone. I also received a discount for the Yelp check in. It was worth every penny to get my iPad back in tip top condition. They back their repairs with a 90 day warranty. My wife's iPhone 6s was completely dead as the battery wouldn't charge when the USB cable is plugged in. The tech diagnosed the problem as he tested the battery which turned out to be good and found the charge port was defective. It appeared the board was toasted which was caused by water damage, in which we spent a day at the beach this past weekend and thanks to the unexpected high tide. After replacement of the charge port, all is working and I finally see the battery icon in need for juice! I highly recommend as the service is quick, which took about 10 - 15 minutes. Never heard of a place that gives only 90 days of repair warranty. If someone promised that for your car, you would be walking out the door. Wished I would've read reviews like other people. The repair lasts less than the warranty. What's the point of fixing broken glass if the device itself (touch screen) doesn't work? We dropped off two iPads on a Tuesday and the worker said it would be ready that Friday so we called and he said it won't be ready till Monday so we wait so Monday comes along and he says it won't be ready till Tuesday so we wait some more and he calls Tuesday said it will be ready Wednesday. They let me use the $10 off from mentioning the offer on yelp so no big deal. Had my phone battery replaced in a little more than an hour while I waited. Battery seems to be working well. Definitely lasting much longer than my old battery. Would return for similar fix. Update: it's now been about 2.5 weeks. My phone battery drains just as fast as the old one, if not faster despite the battery health saying it can charge to 100%. The battery also drains less predictably than before. They said they could repair my cracked screen on my galaxy tab. And I asked if they could get the part because other places said they couldn't. They said yes. But I had to put a 50 dollar deposit because they are ordering the part. They wouldn't except a electronic payment so I had to drive about 25 miles to take it there and they wanted cash. It was past the date that the part should have been in so I called and they said they weren't able to get it. The kicker is they did return the 50 but they sent it thru zelle. My screen on my ipad had multiple cracks on it and the sides of my ipad had some dents in it. I wasnt sure if I could get it fixed but I called in and they gave me a quote and since it was a pretty good deal I went in. They said it would be ready within 3 hours but they called me in 1 hour and said it was ready. Better yet they said they quoted me $10 too much so I got even a better than deal than expected. The iPad looks great (and not like the hot mess it was before with shards of glass falling off) and we are very happy with the results. We are definitely coming here the next time we have a screen issue. Very nice customer service and prompt repair. One note... the sign said that they were out to lunch and would return at 12:00.
