My phone dropped out of my pocket, screen down, on the asphalt when I opened my car door, and was totally shattered. I found iRepairNM via Yelp (thanks to all the positive reviews!) and was able to meet Allen at my regular coffee shop the next day. He offered to meet within hours of my reaching out, but I wasn't available. It took about 15 minutes for him to replace the screen, and he added a high-quality screen protector for free! The repair was about half what I would have spent with Apple, and it was honestly more convenient than driving to the Apple store. I liked that I could watch and chat with Allen while he was working, both for privacy reasons (like, I knew he wasn't going to go through or download the data on my phone) and because he's a friendly guy who makes great conversation. I stayed at the coffee shop and worked for a couple hours after the repair, which is what I would've done that afternoon anyway. This has to be the go to place in the whole region for phones AND laptops. I brought my MacBook Air in after calling and asking if they could take a look at it. They clearly explained what they could do. When I said go ahead they did it. The service is expert, high quality and fast. They answer their phone and are free of attitude. I wish I had another computer or phone that needs fixed. The experience is free of anxiety. They have a free Super PAC Man from the 1980s if you are from that time. I played and got the high score. I recently went in to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 7. When the work was done my home button was not responding properly. I made them aware of it and they immediately started working on it. The tech found out that the screen ribbon cable got damaged in the process of replacing the battery. Without hesitation the tech replaced the screen and my screen protector and refused to take any more money. He took full responsibility for it and there was no extra charge. As a business owner myself I can say I've been in that situation and it's the right thing to do! iRepairNM gets an A+ after this experience and I am already recommending this business! He screen with the tempered glass he replaced the old one with is much thicker and feels a lot stronger than the original. He was wonderful to speak too while he fixed the phone right in front of me! I found this shop off of Yelp. Called in and Allen told me to come on by anytime. I had my iPhone Xs screen repaired. He said it would take 20 minutes. I think it took all of 10 minutes. This guy sold us an iPhone and the camera didn't work so we called him and he said that he showed us the camera when he didn't show us and he said it was too much of a hassle to fix it and he yelled at us and hung up on us!!!
