New favorite salon! I called on a whim the day before Easter for a gel manicure and they were so sweet on the phone and told me to come right in! As soon as I got there I was greeted by the friendly staff and seated. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 2 years and they look awesome! I have a toddler so the fact that my gel manicure has lasted over a couple days so far shows how great this place is! Great selection of colors and clean facility. Will totally be back! read more

We've been customers at Iris for years! They are so consistently good that others could really learn from them. Miss Kellie is always around and keeps the team moving. I've been coming here for almost two years now with my mom for the aroma pedicure. I am never dissatisfied or disappointed with the experience. Kelly the owner is so friendly and goes out of her way to make you happy (as does everyone else). I will continue to come here. My nails always look perfect and last a very long time, but I love the relaxing massage so much I can't help but go back every two weeks. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing as well. The massage chairs, floor, and everything else is also very clean. It never smells like nail polish or strong odors of remover as I have found with other places. Made an appointment for a mani/pedi with a friend and was greeted at the door right on time! They did such an amazing job, we couldn't stop raving about it. They were patient, attentive, and friendly. My friend and I were the only ones in the salon - I assume by design, as two customers came in for their appointment as we were finishing up. That meant they thoughtfully planned enough time to give us their full attention while creating a safe environment during Covid - very much appreciated! We will be back. read more

It's my daughter's 15th birthday, she's had acrylics done before and as her Birthday treat I made an appointment for us to have our nails done. I'll preface this by saying I have nothing against a man doing anything within the beauty industry. Unbeknownst to me the man who did her nails told her no, that she was too young for acrylics and it "wouldn't be pretty on her." Which is wildly inappropriate, dismissive and disrespectful behavior. She felt shy and confused so she didn't say anything. If there was a problem he should have consulted me, the adult, and paying customer. I assumed she had changed her mind about the acrylics so when we got in the car I asked and she started to cry. $180 for three pedicures and two manicures. I would have no problem paying that had we gotten what we wanted, but we did not. read more

I've been searching for a nail place that is clean, friendly, and does a great job and am psyched I found this place. They are never too busy for me and always welcoming, and never rush. Not only do they do a really good job painting my toes and massaging my feet, but they let you choose movies to watch while getting your nails done. Full fledge shoulder rub while waiting for them to dry. Last time the guy even walked me to my car with his umbrella so I didn't get wet in the rain. Seriously - try this place. Still one of the best around. Always offer the paraffin, the hot rocks are included in a regular pedicure and it is always entertaining to watch what they have on tv. They pay attention to the small details....when a mom came in when her young daughter, they switched what was on tv to a Disney cartoon to make sure it was appropriate- great job ! read more

This place gave me toe nail fungus for my wedding!!! I will never go back there :( I have given this place two chances. The first time I saw the owner painting over someone's green nail as I was getting a manicure. That grossed me out. The second time I went there for a pedicure. When I removed the toe nail polish a few weeks later, half my nail was eaten by fungus!! I am horrified and now I have fungus for my wedding!!! read more

I love coming here for mani/pedis! The owners are thoughtful and extremely welcoming. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage and the back rubs while you're drying are the best. The salon and nail tools are always clean and sanitized. I recomendable coming during a weekday or on rainy days!! The experience is always better when is less busy. What keeps me coming back is how kid-friendly they are. My girls love getting express manis while I get a pedicure and Iris Nails knows just how to cater to the love of family. Not many salons do this. They also have THE BEST movies on the screen and always change the movie to a family friendly one when my girls are in the salon! I truly loved my experience with Mina today. I came in desperate to fixed a botched shellac manicure that I received from another venue earlier in the day. She took one look at my hands and immediately understood why I was upset. She was caring, professional, and checked to make sure everything looked okay. Did a walk in mani/pedi with my friend on a weekday. I think the group was caught offguard because they had an appointment coming in soon, but they still took us in. The two gentlemen prepared the foot baths as my friend and I chose from the sizeable OPI and small Essie collection. The two gentlemen did a fantastic job with the feet, toe nails, and lower leg rub. Very enjoyable and they made a little chitchat, which was nice. After the foot baths, the one lady there did a wax cover thing (Note: I've never gone for a manicure so I have NO idea what anything is called. They told me what to do and I did it with great results) on our hands. As she peeled and did both of our nails, there was a TV above her head that we could watch. We then moved to an air drying thing. Nails were prettified and we were on our way. Overall, I'm thinking this was a pretty normal mani/pedi experience. I'd definitely come back if this was the sort of thing I had the extra money for regularly, but I just don't think it's really worth the money. read more

Stumbled upon this place after I had just left work and realized how horrid my nails looks and I was blown away! This is without a doubt the most clean nail salon I've ever been to. And I've been to quite a few since I never was really blown away by service (until now). I would give Iris a 5 stars just for the quality of the painting job they did with my shellac manicure and pedicure, but the extras they do are what really impressed me. They have massage chairs but even when I had left after my pedicure to start on my nails, I received another back massage. Not to mention the hot stone on my legs and feet. I was even walked to my car after I had left and the gentleman open my door and placed my shoes in my car! It the little things like that which really leave an impression. I called Iris at 5:40 on a Sunday (and I was 10 minutes away) asking if they could do an emergency mani pedi because I have a wedding next weekend and no other time to get it done. Yelp and Google said they were open until 6, which I knew was already pushing it, but when I got there (because they graciously said I could come in) the door said that they were only open until 5. They had three people working on me and got me done in 40 minutes, the whole time saying that it will be a lot more relaxing the next time because it won't be rushed, and apologizing, when really I should have been the one apologizing. They were very friendly and entertaining, and the whole place is beautiful and clean. At the end, Kelly gave me a $10 gift card because it was my first time there. My nails came out beautifully. I will definitely be going back (certainly within the hours of business) for all my future nail needs. Wonderfully accommodating and extraordinarily nice people. read more

Kelly and Han the owerns are friendly and gracious hosts ....they make you feel like youre part of their family when you arrive. Seems an odd thing to say about a nail salon but they are truly amazing people ....best pedicure i've eve gotten .....the nail polish stays on for weeks...and they have a full range of colours to pick from... They also do natural mani's and gel's if you wish, and have a full range of waxing services.....everyone working there is highly skilled and friendly. Super CLEAN (which is very important for me and anyone looking for this kind of service i would hope). Pedi's run about 30 bucks...but you get a full cleaning, filing or cutting if you wish, cutical removal, leg massage, foot scrubbing and amazing polish, hot towels followed all up with hot stone massage....and a great back massage while you dry! Natural Mani around 12 bucks.....gels are more of course but i forget the prices (I dont often go for this service)...
