The new owners are nice but clearly not experienced. The water was scalding hot, filing my nails hurt, and it took an unnecessary long time. It kind of felt like if you asked ME to one day and give a professional pedicure....it would be bad. But here I am paying almost $50 with tip. Extremely frustrating. Will not be coming back here anymore sadly.
