We got seated right away, but it was busy for the time (mid afternoon). Our server was very friendly and the food came out quickly. The French onion soup hit the spot and was some of the best I've ever had. Rich beef broth, tender onions, nice and hot, and of course perfectly melted cheese. We shared a patty melt with onion rings. The patty melt was overdone - we ordered medium but it was beyond well done. Still flavorful but would have preferred it as ordered. They had a large patio which must be nice in the summer. A lot of the photos showed it being in a shopping mall, but those must be old, because it is a standalone restaurant. We will definitely go back when in the area, especially when we want French onion soup!

Everything else was subpar. Service was friendly, but we didn't really require a lot. It was over $100 for four of us to have a light lunch and only one person had an alcoholic beverage. So it's pretty expensive for midgrade pub food. The atmosphere has a cozy vibe and I'm sure when their patio is open, people will enjoy that. But I certainly won't be back anytime soon.
